knew my brakes needed attention and stopped for an inspection...
after a short wait I saw the rear rotors and pads needed replaced...
Ellie ordered parts and the tech masterfully removed the old and replaced with the new...
very grateful the garage is in the south end and operated by the folks I dealt with.

I have been doing business with Monro Auto for roughly 12-15 years now. Jim and his team are friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. When they do a repair, problem solved and it stays fixed. I'm shocked at these negative reviews, especially the "Don't go there if you are a single woman" one. I am a single, older woman, soon to be 60 years old. I have never felt taken advantage of when taking my vehicle in for repairs. Sometimes, I can't afford to have all repairs done at once, and Jim has always prioritized for me what we should fix first, what can wait, and why, along with an estimate for cost, so that I can make informed decisions that work with my budget. If you want your vehicle in good hands, this is the place to go.

Have owned multiple vehicles. Over 5. All taken care of here! Exceptional service. Jim Wagoner and his staff are extremely phenomenal. I currently own an Alpha Romeo a difficult car to service and Jim has been great and patient working on it. If he can't fix something will kindly take the time to search a place that will. Thank you!

Sent my 66 year old mother there to get her tires filled and it was 9* outside and she offered to pay for it and the guy stated to her theres a air hose outside you can do it yourself I hope when you get that age and have pains in your hands I hope no one does that to you I will NEVER recommend this place to no one ever again very very very sad

A little pricey. The manager was less cranky than my first experience at this location. Didn't feel like he was trying to sell me things I didn't need, like the downtown location.

My husband scheduled an appointment and was told to drop his car between 9 and 11AM. Upon arrival, no one was there and the open sign was off despite their hours being listed as 9-5. We called multiple times with no answer. Now, our key is in the drop box area with no means to retrieve it. Absolutely do not recommend.
