I tried to use my oil change voucher that I purchased on Groupon for $69.99. When I arrived to use my voucher, I was told that the voucher was just a discount and I still needed to pay $48 on top of the Groupon price, which makes oil changes at Monroe auto service the most expensive oil changes in the area. The representative told me that the fine print does say that there may be additional fees. Additional fees are usually less than $10. I was never thinking anywhere near $50. Please do not use a Groupon for Monroe auto service. The Groupons are very misleading.

This company is a total rip off! I trusted them to fix my son’s car, and the manager Tyson completely took advantage of my kid and charged $1600.00 to replace something, that I honestly believe that was never replaced. We told him what the problem was before we dropped the car off to him, and he told us after checking the car, that it was something else. Ironically after he completed the $1600.00 job, the car still had the same problem, and we had him check the car again and now it’s the catalytic converter (which was the main reason we took the car in), and was quoted $1900.00 to fix. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! They should be ashamed of how they rip people off.

I went to other near by service center that I usually go to. Was told to go to Munro
Service Center due to them not having a employee to service my vehicle. Was walk in at Monro and they fixed my tire swiftly. I did not have to wait for other cars that did not get finished the night prior as I had at other place in the past. Was very happy with Monro service center and will be going there from now on.

Monro Auto and Service Tire Center has one of the best auto service reps manning their front desk and service telephone line. David is polite courteous and accommodating even of same day requests like mine. He worked me in for a last minute oil change over the weekend and got me out the door and on my way in about 30-minutes. An extra bonus was the ultra clean, smoke free, waiting area.
