Waleed was excellent from first contact with him on a Saturday. Immediately went and did a video of van we were interested in as we were driving from northern Michigan. Showed inside and out, all dents and scratches on said vehicle so we knew what we were dealing with before we came. He answered any and all questions Immediately, every time I texted!!! Allowed us to take vehicle for a buyers inspection! Tires were bare, helped us get new ones, reduced price. Had Carfax ready to view.We had a very favorable experience with this dealership, and quite honestly would recommend to all my family to try these guys first when looking for a used vehicle. We did our due diligence before we bought, as everyone should do, and they went above and beyond to sell us a good vehicle.THANK YOU AGAIN WALEED

I personally will never go there again very bad experience when I bought a 20,000 dollar car z promised it was Highway ready and I had to put over a1200 in it the first week I had it baware of Midwest auto please this guy been doing this for a while we need him out of business asap

Wal was very helpful with our truck purchase. We were over 3 hours away in Michigan, and asked for more pictures so we could be sure of what we were getting in to. He sent a ton of extremely detailed pics, went above and beyond what I expected. Also was honest in what he thought it needed in repair, but we verified with a quick trip to Sparky's Automotive Services which is close by. That was unplanned but they happened to be open, and very helpful, would highly recommend. Turned out something else was wrong but the noise could be confused, so i don't blame them. And when they found out, Wal and his dad worked with us and gave us a price we were happy with. No hidden dealer fees or reconditioning fees, anything like that either. Seem like good people, and Wal messaged the next day to make sure no issues had come up on the long drive home and we were still happy, which i thought was really nice. Would go here again. :)

Car lot is located couple miles West from downtown Toledo on Hill Ave. I had very pleasant experience on purchasing a used truck. I had initial communication via social media before I drove out of state to take a look at the truck. I was given plenty of time to look around and inspect the truck and ask questions. I was given the keys and did a test drive by myself with no rush. Since I was driving out of state to complete the purchase was able to leave my old truck parked next to the lot until I came back later at night for my old truck. I've been very happy with the purchase understanding that used vehicles always need some maintenance to take care of.

These guys are scam artists. We paid $6,000 for a truck that we then discovered was worth about $300 because the entire frame was rotted and ready to fall apart. They most likely knew this and had probably only paid a few hundred for the vehicle at auction.

Don’t recommend this car lot at all very unprofessional, inconsiderate, untrustworthy and will scam you out of all your money they sold me a vehicle told me it drives real good and in perfect condition with no issues and the engine blew on me the same day I got it I tried to go back to negotiate with them very kindly too see if I could atleast trade in the vehicle or get half of my money back and they literally threw me out of there establishment very aggressive angry men who are greedy and will do anything for a few bucks a waste of money ! Shut them down ASAP luckily I have the money to replace and get everything fixed

I would not recommend I brought a journey from them was very nice looking they seem very friendly and helpful turn out they was scamming me my car start running hot water pump blew up while I was driving the next day my horn just start blowing out of no where my door locks just keep flicking on it’s off I would not recommend or trust them at All don’t believe these fake reviews they posted either very sheisty folks I wouldn’t trust no shop on hill street honestly they all work together even the lil Toledo autos next door they get these cars from the auction for a couple hundreds of dollars and rip people off smh …..if still wanna risk getting a car from them I advise you to take it to a professional to over look your car drive it over 30 mins idc money doesn’t grow on trees

I bought a Jeep from this place on December 22nd, 2020. There was no Sales Contract or As Is paperwork ever signed by me or presented to me. Zee ( Zemarai ) signed the title and Notarized it and he does not have an Ohio Salesman License. Where is my paperwork? It's been 5 months now. Buyers Beware! Zee sold many vehicles for over 7 years without a License to do so!

I’m a transfer student studying nearby at the university. I passed by this dealership and thought to stop by after seeing a Camry they had. They helped me a lot in the purchasing process when I was trying to figure out which vehicle to go with and answered all my questions. Definitely will recommend to other friends and family

Bought 2 cars from the guy and got insulted so bad today by the same dude. I just asked him the price to fix my windshield motor and i told him i would let you know. But, i never fixed it because i got offered lower prices for same thing. Anyways when i call him for some help, he behaves so rude and disconnects the call. I understand that he's got his money and doesnt need me anymore but the worst customer service till date. I recommend to stay away.
