Very kind and polite cashier. Kind and polite is very hard to come by in a world where people have no manners. I have never had a complaint with Micheals staff

Very knowledgeable clerk in picture frame department. Also very respectful to her customers. She was very patient with a old timer like me.Highly recommend the store since it had about everything imaginable in picture and crafts.

The store could use some updating and remodeling, but ultimately it is a good craft store. The floral selection is excellent.

Been here a few times in the past couple of months and left every time uninspired! To be a craft store.. and to be out-crafted by Walmart is a shame. Food grade model clay is not available here, nor is an assortment of jewelry openings and closings, nor are doll heads in stock here. Very disappointed ? do better Michaels!

Love everything about Michael's! Whenever I need something they always have what I'm looking for. I went to Michael's today looking for colored pencils. I noticed that Target has the exact same ones and with the Target circle discount it would've been almost a $14 savings. The manager said that they do not match the other stores savings program and would not match the price. For the price difference in the pencils and sketch book I went to Target and paid less than half of what I would've paid at Michael's.

Purchased a Christmas tree years ago that I was happy with until the lights stopped working, it was $20. New tree was $35 and is smaller. No where did it say that it ran on batteries. So costing me twice as much and inconvenience of no electrical cord use. I'm very disappointed in the quality. I doubt that I'll be buying from Michaels again.
