We got unlimited on our phones and WiFi box for a good price. We had problems with a refurbished box so the girls worked until we could get a box to work. They gave us a discount because we were new to Metro T-Mobile.

Terrible experience. 1st day metro, 1st day return! Very very possible something is going on here, no reciept for cash payments for in store items. Also they do not follow the advertised items on the website. There own company is now investigating this franchise owner.

Was met by not the friendliest person sitting in a chair. Seems like I was disturbing her really. I proceeded to ask her about a promotion in the phone too which she told me she didn't have and that I could drive to Detroit to go find if I felt like it basically and that's where I just thanked her and left. Tia at Hill and Reynolds Metro location got me together though without a problem.
