Price use to be more affordable. They are more similar to other stores now. Love the seasonal area but not worth the drive for most tool or supply needs.

Horrible experience. Took forever to even find assistance. Online inventory way off due to not been taken in over a year on some items. Brought this all up to Manager and was just told sorry and pretty much dismissed. So contacted customer service online and was contacted by the General Manager of the location pretty much just to be done just like the other manager. Total waste of my 35 min drive. They say customer satisfaction is a priority but do nothing to make it right when it's their issues. Save yourself the inconvenience and take your business elsewhere like I will be doing from now on!

One star rating for this visit only! - It's so weird to me to go into a place and have a customer service person literally do the whole transaction without once looking up at you or greeting you in any way. The only words spoken were how do you want the money returned to you - still no eye contact. And on top of that spending half of the transaction gossiping with another team member while sloooowly scanning my merchandise. I almost thought I was at Walmart for a second. I didn't know if this was because I'm kind of short or a woman if I looked unprofessional, like I just came in from the yard, so I waited to see what happened with the next customer who was a tall man with children. still no eye contact and Wasn't enthusiastic but she managed to mumble a quick "how are you". Fortunately I usually have decent customer service experiences here. So this is definitely a "her" (didn't catch her name but very distinctive eye colors) issue and not a menards issue. Please do a gentle reminder to your customer service People that they should just try to be a little more attentive and engaging when they have paying customers. I'm in service so I know it can be challenging, but always put forth the efforts, especially when customers are being courteous and patient. Thanks

I BROUGHT A TROY BILT LAWNMOWER AND ADDED GAS AND IT WOULD NOT START,TOOK IT TO THE STORE AND I WAS REFERRED TO THEIR REPAIR PEOPLE WHICH WAS A JOKE,THE GUY SAYS THAT IT WILL TAKE THREE WEEKS TO FIX MY BRAND NEW MOWER ?????????
