I go there quite often because I have several prescriptions that they fill. I have always been treated well and with courtesy. I always call my refills in and the automated system gives me a pickup date, usually after 2 P.M. Normally this date is 2-3 days after I call. When a doctor sends a new script to them, I always call to find when it will be ready. If I need it right away, they make sure that happens. I happen to be one of those older people who didn't grow up with computers but if you use them, it helps the pharmacy give better service. The only problem I have with this pharmacy is the new keypad at the drive-thru is just at the perfect height so that in the afternoon, the sun shining on the screen makes it almost impossible to read. I have to unhook my seat belt and scrunch down so I'm not looking straight at the screen. Just a small inconvenience. A few of the people working there even remember my name and address me by it when I go there. If you go inside and look how many filled scripts are hanging up at any time, you will understand why regardless of what you think, yours isn't always their top priority. I've never been treated with anything but courtesy. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Never shopped at a Meijer store as I was visiting from out of state. Very clean store & helpful employees.

A couple years ago this was my favorite pharmacy to come to. I had to leave it because of insurance situation and when that changed I was happy to come back. Unfortunately it has changed the people that work here don't seem as knowledgeable and they definitely do not give a good customer service especially when it comes to informing you where you stand on your prescriptions
I went into the store to pick up prescriptions for two people, everything was ready except for one that was sent over from the doctor. I went home and waited a while and before I went back I called and the lady that I spoke to on the phone after I asked her if it was there she said yes they're working on it now. I said okay I have to pick up a few other things in the store and then I will come over there to get this prescription. I drove back over to the pharmacy and ask for the prescription, and at that time I was told that it would not come in on their delivery until tomorrow. I was more than upset but I didn't say anything and I thought okay I will come back the next day after they had already told me that it was being worked on
I come back the next day and I asked for the prescription and they get into the system and they said it has not come in yet. The girl that waited on me seemed as if she really didn't care, but for me that was my third trip over there and now I have to make a fourth. Prices are already high enough on groceries and we get gouged through the insurance company for our prescriptions. when you have a pharmacy that doesn't give you good customer service it just makes it that much harder. If it wasn't for shopping at that store that I like for the convenience I definitely would leave and never come back. It's definitely true the people that work for you make the difference here in the pharmacy it makes a poor difference, because I have not had a good experience since I came back to this place. I would suggest that you find a different pharmacy there are tons of them around this area.

Just switched to this pharmacy from Walmart due to personal reasons. Unfortunately, I have had issues ever since the switch with them receiving scripts or having them in stock. Do better.

Furious and not getting help so hoping to speak to someone. Have used this meijer and meijer pharmacy for years and today came across a disappointing show of service. Picked up a prescription today. Used Mastercard to pay for it in person with physical card (not via app). Last month when picking up, my Amex had been charged so I made sure to confirm with the tech that the correct Mastercard was being charged today. It was confirmed. Got home and received an alert that my Amex was indeed WRONGLY charged AGAIN. I did not even have that card on my person while at the store. Called the pharmacy and ended up going into the store an hour ago and neither the pharmacy nor customer service can see ANY linked cards on my account - they have no record of the AMEX that keeps getting charged. Obviously my card number IS being saved somewhere in the system and it's very concerning that they can't see it or get rid of it. They reversed the charge to put it on the appropriate one but cannot do anything about it continuing to happen. Was given an 888 number to call. No help, unable to see anything. Transferred to another general number which was even less help. Valerie from pharmacy was sympathetic and took time to walk to customer service and try to help which was greatly appreciated. However the issue remains that I physically paid with a card in person into the card reader and a DIFFERENT card was charged which in my mind is an incredibly concerning security issue. Have not had any issues at other retailers or even at the normal meijer registers...just for prescription pickup at the pharmacy. I will be transferring meds out and not using this location if someone cannot fix this. Would love to be contacted by someone and will update if I am. Even looked into deactivating mperks account completely to try and stop this (which the mperks rep didn't think would work) but in doing so was told I'd lose all points/rewards accumulated and no way to be reimbursed or anything for those.
TLDR: meijer pharmacy is charging cards other than the ones given to them when checking out. Given run around and issue still not fixed.
Posting to pharmacy and regular meijer reviews to find someone who can fix this meijer specific issue.

Don't get in line at the drive thru at 7:55 pm. At 8:02 pm I pulled up & they told me they had closed at 8:00 pm. When a person is in line, they are supposed to be served. That's called customer service.

Best pharmacy out there along with my bubble packing pharmacy (ProMedica). I’ve been using Meijer for a few years now and am very pleased. Their service is great & friendly and very knowledgeable. I had started using them by chance because a medication I needed no one else had but Meijer. So I used them. As the next. Few months passed they flagged me down before I paid for a medication that they said would have a bad side effect with another medication I was already taking. It was the first time I had been talked to about this. My original pharmacy at that time never said anything to me. I was really glad that they would do this for me. Great job Meijer pharmacy! You have this ladies loyal customer shopping in your pharmacy.

I have been using Meijer pharmacy on central for about the last 2 years due to a switch in insurance coverage and let me tell you I have absolutely no complaints in the customer service side of things! Much better customer service for me than the Kroger location I had been using the last several years prior (which I know is a store management issue and not necessarily a pharmacy department problem). The pharmacy technicians at Meijer are so patient and not short with me when needing to look into something further, so much so that for as much medication as I'm on and how often I'm in there I'm shocked I've only had to consult with a pharmacist once or twice since going there. The only downfall is sometimes their phone lines get incredibly busy or go in and out, but I have no problem driving over there for as friendly as they are. I just wish they still made easily accessible 24hr pharmacies these days.

Customer service is the worst ever
You are on hold for ever when you call
After waiting for almost 20 minutes in line to get my prescription I asked to reprice my prescription . She asked me to circle back and stand in the line again which is ridiculous, They usually do it and takes 2 seconds . They have no respect to customer nor they have any customer service experience

I was super excited to switch to Meijer now that Rite Aid is closing. But that won’t happen. They dropped the ball pretty hard. I have yet to even be able to get through to the pharmacy via phone. No voicemail options. And your “new Text RX to 75049” DOES NOT WORK. It says there’s no locations near me. Not true.
I am now less likely to return to meijer at all. Inexcusable for a service that is used by elderly people and those in dire need of prescriptions.
Sad.
