“I can’t say enough about this place! I ended up needing some help transitioning to Medpacks and Jennifer made sure that she made it as easy as possible for me. It was during a tough time that I was going through. I was with my previous pharmacy for 8yrs and the transition to Ryan Pharmacy has been so pleasant and easy and comforting. They make me feel like a person and not a number or a paycheck. Everyone is so very kind and ALWAYS ready to answer the thousands of questions I have with no hesitation. “My guest dog is not actually a patient here, but I did call Ann Arbor Animal Hospital late at night, because I needed advice about my dog's rapid breathing. I cannot remember the name of the person I talked to, but he told me what to look for and set my mind at ease. Sure enough, the dog was fine the next day. There's something to be said for a place that can offer 24/7 vet care. Thank you!”

But, if you have a prescription and it's been there for a few days without being picked up they should put a call in to the patient. Not just sit on it.. Sometimes my Dr will send something in for me and It may slip my mind. So it would be nice to get a call or a email informing You that you have a script waiting. No problems or concerns other than that. I'm glad I switched.”
