The manager with the butch hair cut is a liar! Claims to not know if the no hold policy for hello kitty but proceeds to hold two items for a customer because they simply drive 1hr same distance as me. I get there and they sold mine and laugh in my face! I’ll be pushing for this person to be fired seeing as ALL the employees are aware but she claims she isn’t even to corporate when this policy been in effect since DECEMBER!

This store has great deals and a wide variety of goods. The staff that walk around are much friendlier than the cashiers. My biggest complaint is the lack of space to pass by other patrons while browsing the aisles.

A good place to find whatever comes to your mind. I let my intrusive thoughts win when I came here and bought 2 outfits and other “girly” essentials. The gentleman who helped me check out my stuff was really nice but I know he was ready to go home. It was St. Patricks. Hahaha! Dude, I get it. I would be too if I have 15mins more before going home. I drive like I’m late going home LOL

Super-long, corral-like checkout is super-annoying: TJ Brands seems to keep making their checkout lanes into longer and longer gauntlets. They bombard you with more and more merchandise that you didn't come to the store to see. Even worse, I have an allergy to perfumes, and they increasingly put more and more scented items in this only-way-to-checkout lane. After all that, the cash register section is too narrow. If feeling claustrophobia and being bombarded with too many products as you wait to pay isn't enough, the embarrassment of navigating the final checkout station lane and bumping into someone's cart is finally enough to make you want to shop elsewhere. Seriously, TJB, give us a break and install enjoyable checkouts. Even Walmart is better than this.
