Took my car there needing a starter got it back looking like they ran into something,hoses not hooked up,blown head gasket,hood won't shut had a slinky maneuver to hold the hood down,and somehow they messed up the gas tank opening as if some1 was on drugs blacked out joyriding and experimenting with the car.

Seem liked nice guys, I had to get my steering repaired and received it back in good time. But they stole some tools and a can of paint from my cab. Also left grease marks all over inside like they were looking for something extra. I'll never go back to these guys who feel like its okay to steal from their customers.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I wanted to give it a big middle finger right up all their asses after i picked my car up and saw they ran into something.Then I rushed to work then stopped to get gas and the gas tank wouldn't open so I rushed to work notice no heat then my car overheating as if their was a fire under the hood.Some guy came running out of a store with a fire endtigusher as i said its not that bad as it smoked for 2 hrs then wouldn't start.I opened the hood none of the hoses were hooked up and the oil level was pulled out as if these guys were on drugs.After we told em to go get it they avoided us until they told my mom a head gasket blew its going to cost 1600 she left and we got our team together like how could they do so much damage to 1 car as we wrote down wut was wrong after we left.My uncle had to go in their so they couldn't get over on my mom cuz she was going to pay,I wanted to get the news up there and get a lawyer for some good money but it died down they agreed to pay for it and we got it a month later after we had to harass them will the cops.Now my car is still acting stupid everytime I look at that place I feel like driving my car right into it but Im better than that.Dont ever go there and tell every1 u know 2 not go there cuz that month I had to control myself not to cause chaos but il never forget

My experience was horrible I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs their car. Not only did they keep my car for 3 weeks but they never communicated with me about the status. Would never answer the phone. And when I got my car back it was the same. The worst experience I've ever had in 57 years

Have had my car for over two weeks. They do not answer their phone, ever, and have a full voicemail.... told me on a Friday (after having my car since that Monday so 5 days) it would be done Monday, It wasn’t and I tried to contact them ALL week..a week later they tell me the same thing. “It SHOULD be done by this Monday” (2 weeks later) so another week/weekend without a car. Even after I stressed to them this was my only means of transportation. I told them if they had been honest I could have had my car towed elsewhere. I have no idea when I will get my car back at this time. Avoid at all costs. Mechanic was rude as well who finally answered the phone and complained this was taking money out of his pocket. Do not recommend if I could give zero stars I would.

Had my vehicle towed from here. Driver dented and scratched my back door hitting another vehicle! On top of charging me $50 to take my car to an autoshop literally down the street. Call someone else for a tow

Back when it was actually Mac and Al, this was an excellent place to go. Unfortunately, under Roger, they have completely gone downhill. I used to use them exclusively until I was ripped off and lied to and received horrendous quality of service. This place is a chaotic disaster, avoid it like the plague!

Do NOT go there they are robbers!! 6 months and 400$ laterlater no work had been done to my truck! I checked on it it a week ago today and it was gone!! Was found by poluce this morning stripped !! No motor rear end fenders NOTHING'!!! It was seen on 3 different business camera so far and I will keep building my case!!!
