I purchased item 957550 at Adrian Lowes location. It is priced $7.98 each there in store and on the website. I purchased what they had but needed more so i drove to the Toledo location to aquire more. The friendly staff helped me find 39 pieces (i needed 50 more). The cashier then rang them up at $9.98 each. I brought it to her attention, she called customer service and they said that they do not price match other Lowes stores. Customer service then called someone on the phone and gave them the same answer. I find it amazing that they will match Home Depot or Menards but not the other stores in the region. Having me over a barrel, i over paid $78 + tax because i need the boards to finish my project. There is nothing worse than knowing that you are being taken advantage of as it is happening. My advise is DO NOT assume that the items will cost the same at adjacent stores in your area.

Decent place to pick up some quick fixes such as hardware. I like their store brand kobalt tools, for non professional use they are the prefect blend of price vs. quality. The staff is generally knowledgeable but I feel like home depot staff is a little more knowledgeable about their products. Appliances seem a bit over priced, but they do have a clearance section where you can find a good deal occasionally.

It's a big box home improvement store. Had to stop by to pickup some tools for my step daughters new apartment. Fortunately, there was a lot of Christmas sales going on so I was able to get a good quantity of tools for a reasonable price.

Lowe's, what a disgrace! My parents purchased a refrigerator and scheduled an installation, only to face the most disrespectful and rude behavior from their so-called 'service' team. These two men lacked basic manners and treated my immigrant parents, who have a slight accent, with utter contempt. They threw a fit, refusing to proceed with the installation because the water valve was still connected, even though it was already turned off and easily removable.When my mom politely asked for their help, these workers not only declined but were downright offensive. Instead of providing the service my parents paid for, they callously took away the refrigerator without any regard for what my parents wanted. It's appalling how Lowe's employees can be so insensitive and unprofessional, disregarding customer needs and treating paying customers with such disrespect. This experience was beyond disappointing and reflects a severe lack of empathy and customer service from Lowe's.

The man that works in the paint (shorter, linky, beard and glasses) is extremely rude, and needs an atitude check. Talks to customers like they are dumb. I observed him doing it to the customer in front of me and then to me and my mother. He’s lucky I didn’t want to start anything because I was tired.

I opened up a card Lowe's card. They have a nice selection of appliances there. I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and a microwave. All in stainless steel. They delivered it. They were very polite. And I would recommend Lowe's for whatever home needs you want. I have purchased furnace filters of there. They have just about everything you need.

Needed a couple parts to finish hooking up a washer and dryer. I went to the appliance department and they said what I needed was in the plumbing section. They gave me the Isle number without hesitation and I found exactly what I needed.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience. Was picking up a replacement screen. In sum, a window was shipped with a screen in it. The store employee (Ron from the door and window department) told me to take the screen out of the shrink wrap and window myself. I told him to do it and then he got in my face wanting to start a verbal confrontation. WAY OUT OF LINE! There were multiple customers and store employees as witnesses. Finally the assistant store manager had to step in and said he would handle the matter. No apology was provided. Been dealing with the window situation for almost 18 months, multiple incorrect orders,spent tens of thousands on the purchase and this is the customer service I was given. Totally unprofessional, unprovoked and was perceived as a threat when I was face-to-face with someone invading my space. Lets just say the veteran parking doesn't make up for the lack of respect I was given as a very loyal customer to Lowe's. When other customers want to give you their name and phone numbers as witnesses you know it was unacceptable on so many levels.
