Friendliest staff out of all the home improvement stores. Things are somewhat easy to find but if you cannot an employee will help you. Just wish the prices where a little lower compared to another store.

wanted. Their worker named Deb was wonderful in helping us to find our sink. She really knew her products.

Bought levolour cellular blinds a while back and had to put off installing them. Asked if I could get them trimmed. Was told no without receipt. They are new in box purchased from there. Would cost nothing to make cut. Just did a major renovation at my house making a lot of visits to store as well as my contractor. I spend thousands of dollars at this store. I will have to consider going to another location for my home improvement purchases. Sad because this store is more convenient than other options.

Used Lowe's installation for Fence around the backyard. Lowe's only delivered half the materials, missing 2 pallets of concrete and all the materials for the chain link fence. They use a 3rd party installer out of Columbus. The first Installer showed up when scheduled, one guy had no supplies to dig the fence. Left when he noticed that material was missing, had I not gone out to talk to him would had never known what was going on. Lowe's was in no hurry to get rest of material to me. Took 3 days, delivered 2 pallets of concrete with no cover leaving it exposed to weather. The installer had to reschedule for 2 weeks out. The 2nd installer crew showed up, they did an awesome job and were very professional. Have to say only good part of entire experience.
Do your homework before hiring Lowe's to do anything!!!! I will never use them again for anything!

I have major issues with both my knees and I don't like to visit places without motorized carts for use, and of course Lowes never has one available. So back to Home Depot, they always have plenty.

Tried returning pvc trim that we purchased in December and we were unable to find the receipt due to car was totalled later that month with receipt in car. I went in and was told after 90 days they can no longer accept. WTH? Said new policy, it would have been nice to know in December when I bought everything that they would no longer accept returns. Even when customer service scanned the trim it pops right up...So how can you not take it back..Poor service and I will no longer use my business with them.
Worst service and the dingbat lady working customer service.

Lowes Delivery will cost you time and money. First delivery planned was an appliance we were first on the list in the morning, they called us and were on the way, I clocked out at work to meet them, after waiting 1 1/2 hours I had to go back to work, it took them over 2 hours to get to our house, all they had to do was tell us they were coming from Michigan and estimated ETA, then they were supposed to change the door opening side on the freezer, no tools, what a surprise, Lowes Delivery will cost you time and Money. Delivery #2 building materials planned for 04/21/2024, they give you a 12 hour window, must be so they don't have to plan, I waited, first call was at 5pm and the electronic service said it was in process, finally at the 11th hour I called again and someone said it wasn't going to happen, no call, no customer courtesy, then I went to the store, they could not tell me when they would deliver and I would not accept another 12 hour delivery window, so I canceled they order, went to a competitor and ordered the material for pickup today, I again have to take time off a paid job today to go and get the building materials that Lowes failed on, Lowe's Delivery will cost you time and money. I will be avoiding Lowes for the foreseeable future. With competition all you have that separates you is customer service, when that fails customers can easily go elswere.
