I tried to exchange two Craftsman tools.They do not give you new ones unless it is identical. They change varieties every year. Why have a warranty if product has no guarantee. I just tried and they told me that the tools are not identical. Lowes and Craftsman warranty sucks.Avoid them.

I like when I can walk in a try to find things and then stubble upon some that works there . Omg ,not in that department. What a joy to walk around a place just hoping and praying ? that a employee may come alone . None of them like ther jobs and they prove that ever day . Been there for a week ! Just a heads up . People don't like to work !! Get people who do !!!!!
