Life is about finding the right place to feel good about yourself. I joined Litefit not loving to workout but knowing I needed to be more fit, tone and healthy for my family. Now I have learned to love working out. Finding a gym family that gives off so many positive vibes has helped me become stronger and more confident! Some days I struggle to make it but when I walk through that door seeing so many friendly faces keeps me coming back!???? ???? ????

When I joined LiteFit a year ago, out of shape & overweight I was very intimidated by joining a gym. I am so thankful I found LiteFit, every single coach has been welcoming and so supportive.I love that every workout is different, I’m constantly supported and pushed to do the best I can, and everyone is SO kind.

Workouts are amazing. I love that every day is different. You can never get bored. The instructors are so encouraging and motivating. Even if you are injured or recovering from an injury they will help you with modifications. I have met the kindest people and look forward to my workouts.

Great atmosphere for workouts. Coaches are very encouraging and knowledgeable. The workouts also vary so you’re constantly being challenged!I’m a constant meal prep customer. After trying many similar services, both national and local, I must say LiteFit is my favorite. Menu items are delicious with fresh ingredients. Makes the difficult weeks to prep on your own so easy. Highly recommend!

LiteFit is a great place to workout. I have been working out here for nearly a year. All of the instructors are very positive and encouraging. Every exercise can be modified to the abilities of each person.

I absolutely love this gym! I have participated in nutrition coaching and meal prepping and when I tell you the service is good, the education is amazing and everything is personal individualized just for you! I even was struggling and even through my struggles they were able to work with me and work through any hiccups that I have I absolutely love this and highly recommend it definitely a 10 out of 10!

the place is great, food is great. but I do have some suggestions to improve business.1. For people who don't want to pay a delivery charge offer a pick up solution2. Im a very picky eater and have tried several different meals that they offer and I have liked a few of them however it seems their is always something new and their is ZERO customization of your order. An idea to keep it still fairly easy on the chef's side of the business, is offer a number of different vegetable sides, a number of other sides, and multiple choices of meat. The chef can purchase all these things in bulk, but the customer can interchange and customize their order to their likings. this is the biggest reason why i cannot order as many meals as I would like,Great company, great service, and really great meals. just some suggestion so that hopefully you can continue to earn my business and others rather than having to find a different solution.
