Staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Makes all feel welcome and comfortable. Such a fun workout environment and there’s a place for my kids to hang during the work out!

When I joined LiteFit a year ago, out of shape & overweight I was very intimidated by joining a gym. I am so thankful I found LiteFit, every single coach has been welcoming and so supportive.I love that every workout is different, I’m constantly supported and pushed to do the best I can, and everyone is SO kind.

Workouts are amazing. I love that every day is different. You can never get bored. The instructors are so encouraging and motivating. Even if you are injured or recovering from an injury they will help you with modifications. I have met the kindest people and look forward to my workouts.
