I've taken my vehicle to Liberty for body work twice now, and will definitely go again if I need repairs in the future. They are customer oriented, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everything you want in a repair shop.

This shop is very hard to work with. A porter from this company bought two parts from our company because it was color matched. Thereafter, received a call from Mr. Floyd saying that both parts are "junk" and will be returning one of the parts. Just wanted to show that these parts are not junk but good used parts. Spent months trying to get an estimate. Then trying to get parts and being ignored by so many other places. Gave him a call. Came in the next day to have him look at it. Day after it was fixed no problem. Saved me hundreds. Even went above and beyond and took it to tireman for an alignment. No run around. Excellent communication. Respectful and professional. Any issues I'm coming to Liberty first.

Not happy with the service here. Went in for an estimate and was told I would either get a call or an email later that day which i got neither. If your business is going to want customer satisfaction then this business should do as they say.
