I was looking for a pre-owned Lexus to be my next car. My salesperson, Scott, helped me navigate the different models available. I test drove a few, but nothing was quite right. It looked like an NX was going to be the model I wanted at a price I could afford. Nothing was available on the lot. I asked Scott to keep me in mind if something came in. Just a few days later one did. Scott called and I came in, drove it, and bought it! I've had it for about a week and went back today for a free car wash and a quick tutorial with Steve the technical guy. Everyone there has been so nice and friendly. It's a great place to buy a car!

Bryant, the service consultant was very professional and attentive to my car issues and helped brought resolution in a short period of time. He was able to get the service done and saved me some money as well in a timely manner. I will definitely go back for more car repair services.

Purchased the Lexus at Jim White in Toledo, even though we live in Cleveland. Toledo is 100+ miles from Cleveland. The price was much more competitive than all of the dealers in our area. The car was missing the owners manual, but the dealer has committed to sending it within 7-10 days.

Jessica was amazing dealing with my impatience getting me my new GX, Pete was great in the Finance Office and had great interactions with everyone there. Even service hurried the car through for me knowing how crazy I am when it comes to waiting lol. Thank you for a truly great experience

Everything about my experience with this dealership was amazing and top tier. Austin understood exactly what I needed and between him and Pete the finance manager that really gave me an unmatched experience. I traveled over an hour to pick this vehicle up and as promised it was a quick and smooth process. When I walked in Austin greeted me by name because he has already saw my drivers license. I have owned Lexus vehicles for the last twenty years and the customer service in the Detroit area locations is not all that great. Going forward I will gladly drive to Toledo for the experience I received yesterday.

Excellent experience!! Jeff was incredible and answered all of my questions. My other family members have had poor experiences at other dealerships with them trying to provide services that aren’t needed. Here, there’s none of that! Just what you need - and their techs and Jeff are honest people and do honest work. I’m super impressed with their honesty - especially in today’s world. I’ll be recommending them to family and friends!
