Me and my fiancé went in the past week, we were excited to look around. they have a lot of variety of choices. got to say it’s hard to chose. the staff there was welcoming and friendly, they were really nice and respectful. we did have a lot of questions but they gladly help us. it was a nice experience and we got what we both love. especially Joe was so nice. he’s fun to talk to and is knowledgeable about all the jewelries. a 10 star given!!!?? thanks joe

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Mike and the Leo Marks team for creating my DREAM ring! Mike worked tirelessly with my fiancé and dad to design a unique ring that is exactly what I've always wanted. After ring shopping at multiple jewelry stores around Ohio and online we were unable to find a setting that had all the specific details I loved. However, when my fiancé went in to Leo Marks and met with Mike he heard the details I loved and created a design to meet all of our desires! The process was phenomenal and the ring is everything I could ever ask for and more! Thanks, Mike! We love it!!

Incredible service: so kind and thoughtful, truly they’re fantastic folks. That said, I wouldn’t go here again for work with stone inlays.I brought a ring in for a resize; stones were cracked in the process. They repaired it, but the repair didn’t quite match original craftsmanship.I’d go here for watch work or new jewelry because of the staff, but wouldn’t bring in anything needing work with inlays or intricate stone work.First pic with the bright white mother of pearl is original. Second pic with the rough jasper is repair after resize damage. Though color had to change due to natural stone color variation, the cuts were rather rough. They were so thoughtful throughout the process, but I think it just exceeded the skill or attention of the lapidary.

Joann @ Leo Marks Jewelers never disappoints. She has helped me on more than one occasion and I have gotten exactly what I wanted.
