Always pretty good, hair cutters are always nice and do my hair relatively easy and quick, good at following directions and the added rinse is always nice. Although recently I definitely had an experience that was pretty bad, got a new haircutter and the entire haircut was extremely uncomfortable and my haircut didn’t look like how I asked for it, I assume she’s new but still it’s good for insight on why it wasn’t good. The entire haircut my head was positioned all the way down and it got uncomfortable after 20 minutes of me looking directly down, pretty much my chin resting on my chest, which lead to me not being able to see how my haircut was turning out. My neck was shaved really rough with a razor for about 30 minutes when anybody else would’ve done it in less than 15 minutes, I assume this was her first time doing a fade but my neck felt like it was bleeding from how rough she was scraping the razor against my neck. I would’ve been fine with all of this if I was able to walk away with a decent haircut but I got to look at my haircut and I looked like a child, my friends agreed I got a bad haircut, the haircut doesn’t fit my head shape, and now I got a bad haircut for the holidays to come. My hair will grow back so it’s not a big deal but the amount I paid and the tip I gave was too generous for what I got recently

Took my fiance and grandson there they were all very friendly need to say haircuts were awesome and my fiance was very pleased with his cut and beard trim.

I started going here after years of going to a barber shop and best decision all the ladies are great very polite and very professional very clean salon . Highly recommend!

go to the one in Ann Arbor way better. got a beard trim in Ann Arbor and she took her time on it and made the lines tight and straight. went to Toledo a month later and she spends 5 minutes on it absolutely horrible. missed hair and not a tight close shave.

2 nd time coming here and my last the girl ruined my day. Smelled like cigarettes. Didn't fade my hair in. Charged me $32 instead of $25 even after I had told her $25 being nice even giving her a $3 tip now I have to go a few months with hat. Never again.
