Worst pharmacy ever

I would drive to another city or even state before using this pharmacy which is about 3 blocks away from my house!! I have used them a total of 6 times in the last 3 years…all of which were for my children because of acute illness requiring 1 time prescriptions such as antibiotics, steroid cough syrup, inhalers etc and every single time they are extremely rude! Claim to not have the medication or fill it and explain that it might be short for the last day or 2 dosing because the medicine sticks to the bottle and the dosing cup!! Seriously!! They act like you are a serious inconvenience to them and they would just rather not deal with you! You wait in line for 45 minutes watching them eat and take breaks in plain view behind the counter! Talking amongst each other laughing like they are not even at work!! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND OFFENSIVE

Always get a text saying medications are ready, usually some are but not all, they put back on the shelf after 10 days of not picking up. Overall decent pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They are very unprofessional. They took 48 hours to give a breathing treatment for our daughter. At first they said the doctor didn’t put the dosage time correctly so they faxed the doctor a letter. We called the doctor and the doctor send back the letter to the pharmacy which the pharmacy people still saying not received. When we went there after one day, they says they need prior authorization for two medicines from insurance. We called the insurance and the insurance person wanted to talk to her. The pharmacist said she would only talk to insurance if they call in their number. Then insurance called her and she said okay now she can give one medicine. At this moment my daughter has been having breathing problems for almost 30 hours without any medication. The pharmacist then goes ahead and keeps other people in line serving. After that she gives us one medication which absolutely doesn’t require any prior authorization as per the insurance company. I’m surprised how the pharmacist kept telling us half information and withheld the other half where it is absolutely no problem to get one medication. My ten months old daughter has suffered enough and I wish I could file a complaint against them. Horrible people. I’m switching the pharmacy and don’t recommend anyone going to Kroger pharmacy at Glendale anymore.

I’ll tell ya exactly why I’m giving pharmacy’s location a 2 star (being generous) and also switching over to the pharmacy in maumee location. I call in my prescription day in advance so it’s ready next day, i come in to get it I don’t have it, also told they can’t have it ordered in cause no longer available and that since it’s through kroger corp that more then likely won’t be able to get it at any other krogers, I asked if they could over at the one in maumee I was instantly told no I wouldn’t be able to, I call them up to ask and I’m instantly helped how I wajted to be helped and I’m actually leaving right now to go pick up what I was prescribed. Now I’ll have to cal my Drs and tell them where my new pharmacy location will be.

If I could leave -10 stars then I would. This is my first time going to the pharmacy and I have never encountered a pharmacy where the entire staff takes a 30 minute break together when there are people who need their medication. I pulled into the pharmacy drive-through and they let me know that they were on a break. My prescription was sent over at 12:20 PM so I figured they had enough time to fill it and I could just wait for their lunch to be over and I could get my prescription. When their lunch break was over I waited in line just for them to tell me that my prescription wasn’t ready yet. I don’t know what it is they’re doing there but it can’t be their jobs because they have plenty enough time.

This Kroger is the one I go to most often as it is closest to my house. The parking lot is absolutely nuts, and they recently put in solar powered police cameras in the parking lot. The grocery is good and I can normally find what I am looking for, but the bakery has less fresh selection. I love one particular type of Kroger bakery bagel: cheddar jalapeño and it seems like only one Kroger has it- and it's not this one. Overall this Kroger is fine, it's super busy on weekends and the parking lot gets crazy.

I went to the kroger on glendale in toledo to put in a chicken order for a repast 3days ahead of time, only to have the deli clerk tell me "no". When I asked why, she replied " cause Im not doing an order that size, 150 pieces, by myself". When I spoke to the manager , he said , due to Covid , they cant do an order that size, she is his only employee that day. When I told him this is the 3rd time in a month they have turned down an order, he didnt know what to say. Wow. Is all I can say. Never getting our business again. Three days ahead of time, you & dont want to try to move people around.

This pharmacy is awful! The only two prescriptions I needed filled I had to wait at least a day. The last one I needed filled I called to see if ylit was ready and that's when I was informed that they were out of stock for what I needed. So I wait even longer I got to get it only to find it was more than I thought so I told the girl that I would be back and they cancelled the script and now I need to wait over 2 hours for them to fill it again . The place is awful and I'll never use them again

I called in refills on 9-3-2021, had no refills so it takes 24 to 48 business hours so they can contact my doctor, well it took a week for them to let me know they're in, and took another few days due to transportation issues, well I go to get my meds, only to be told they only have 2 of them ready, well I said you guys had plenty of time to contact my doctor, she said we did they said you have to make an appointment in order for us to fill them which is strange, when I get home and call the doctor office, said which ones do you need and sent them right over, now I have to wait for life saving medicine because the pharmacy didn't do their job, ?

The wait is forever. Even if there's only one person in front of you. It takes like 30 minutes to just pickup.

I I called to let them know I had been waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes with no movement Taylor decided to let me know "the drive thru isn't for speed it's for convenience. I've been here for three years and we've never had any accidents."Let's work on our customer service.

I have used this pharmacy for years and was satisfied. Not now. I have been spoken to with rude disrespect every time I am frustrated because of THEIR mistakes. I have gone back 2 and three times to pick up the same scripts. Suddenly the pharmacist is gone, new inexperienced pharmacists and new staff that’s constantly rude beyond belief.
