Worst experience ever have a broken foot broken three places I go through self-checkout this lady follows me go to a different self-checkout she was so rude she started taking my things and checking them out by herself I don't know if she was thinking I was stealing but I had over $300 and made it clear that I had everything under control I have no idea if it's my race or what and you know I hate pulling the card just saying because of being Mexican woman is not that easy and I have another woman laugh at me was highly uncalled for. Get back to the house and she smashed my pears don't nobody go to this location I've never been treated so crappy to people on giving money to

This was the worst Kroger I have been to. This worker with pink hair and her name started with H gave me attitude because I wanted to return an item. She even bumped a cart into me when I was leaving the store. L customer service.

It's not a bad location. They have done a good bit to update this location. They are clean (mostly), and the place is well-organized. It is also a reasonably convenient location for those traveling in the area. Overall, it is a decent store. I like this one, pretty well. I like the renovations they did.

It was Kroger. I don't do Kroger and yesterday 10/17 just sealed the reason why. The checker was 50 shades of rude. The items I purchased has a thing if bought 2 the price would be $x.xx her reply 'go to customer service' I snipped the digital thing. She had no inclination to help me. Her concern was to play with her cell phone and talk to her little boyfriend that was bagging (poorly I may add). After I got home, I realized the little african american girl charged me for 4 creamers NOT 2 that I had. She clearly can't count, has not concept of service, and doesn't really want to do her job period. You can tell she had an attitude from the get go when I went thru her line. I have a King Soopers card (which is Kroger from the west coast) she said that can't be used, yes it can, as the woman in the other checker line said when I asked her. I don't do Kroger and after this incident... I will encourage anyone that I know NOT to go to Kroger and I will be reporting Kroger to the BBB based on this treatment. I expect them to do their job and help me and do the RIGHT quantity but by the time I got home, it wasn't worth the effort to go back and deal with the attitude of Kroger people. The woman at the customer service counter looked like if she had another donut, she'd explode and I doubt she had any intention of helping either. Based on her look. The bagger mixed bleach with my bread. Do they not know that you don't mix food with cleaning items? Clearly he needs to go back to bagging school. Overpriced. Bad attitude. They double check items cuz they are more concerned with their phones and boyfriends that what is on their belt to do their job. No wonder people are shopping elsewhere!!!! This Kroger sucks!!!!! You can remodel all you want, but it is the people inside that still suck!

It is what it is, a Kroger. If you go in after a busy day though it looks like a bomb went off in the store, there's stuff everywhere and half the shelves are empty. There's always trash in the parking lot too.
