It is what it is, a Kroger. If you go in after a busy day though it looks like a bomb went off in the store, there's stuff everywhere and half the shelves are empty. There's always trash in the parking lot too.

I am new to Toledo. I moved here 10 days ago, and the culture here is iffy. I bought a Chai tea latte from a brand I hadn't tried before, because it had less calories. I did not like it at all, so I tried to exchange the following day, but the customer service counter was closed. I tried again the following day, and decided to have it refunded instead, because along with my chai tea, I also wanted to pick up additional groceries for dinner that night. FYI - Oregon Chai is my usual. If you like Chai tea latte, then I'd recommend giving this brand a try. Anyways... the worker at the customer service counter acted as if me returning the item was a MAJOR problem. He was visibly passive aggressive, and he literally slammed the receipt on the counter in my face after the return was complete. How dare you!? I do not owe you anything. If customer returns (in a customer service position) gets you that bent out of shape, then maybe you're in the wrong line of business, bud.
Justly, do your job, and leave whatever strange vendetta you have at home.

Gas station attendants are very rude and snappy. I spoke with the manager and the same employee was rude again! Never going back, they lost a customer!

Close to home, has most everything I need at a reasonable price. Make sure to check out the sales and any coupons for the maximum savings. I prefer Kroger to a grocery store that's a little closer because the prices at Kroger are better.

This store is totally disgusting. So dirty . They really need to clean things up. I find mold on food. Cold food sitting around store. And the ladies bathroom just had the big old roll of toilet paper just sitting on floor to use not on roller. ????

Pretty good grocery store. They had all of the items I was looking for today. They're low on staff so the self-checkout is usually the way to go. It does always seem that one or two of the self check lanes is always broken, though. It's close, it usually has what I need, so a good option in the area.

Very dissapointed at this Kroger location. They allow people to bring dogs, not even service dogs, but just any dog. I own a big Husky, I'm going to start bringing it to this store because the employees and management don't care about keeping their grocery store free of animal fur and pathogens anymore.
