I only have about a 50% success rate with getting prescriptions filled here on the first or second try. If my insurance won't cover a particular brand, nobody calls me (or the doctor) to ask what to do, they just don't fill it. So I recently went and they said they didn't have anything for me. Thinking my doctor hadn't called it in, I went home and called my doctor. Doctor HAD called it in, but the pharmacy hadn't done anything with it. I called the pharmacy back and asked them to find a generic that insurance would cover -- shouldn't that be standard procedure?! This was a multi-day runaround for a very necessary and common medication. Rinse and repeat for another medication a few weeks later.

Absolutely awful, I had to wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes because of 1 car who then pulled away at the very last minute, then they closed the curtain and denied everyone else medication.

At this Kroger Pharmacy, I have never had one nice person talk to me when I go through the drive-thru. Every single time they're short with me and have an attitude. If it weren't for living so close I would go to a different Kroger.

Some of the staff have terrible customer service skills and need anger management. There's at least One Bad Apple that is constantly condescending and will provide information based on assumption. I dreaded anytime this person answered the phone. Refills are normally done quickly and efficiently. But make sure to follow up because sometimes a few of them just don't care. You Know Who You Are

Most generally very quick and easy drive thru. However there have been a number of times that the techs or pharmacist do not advise the customer to come in when cars are waiting 15-20mins just to move up 1 car. The people at the window aarenormally quick and thorough in a couple minutes. Customers that want want to argue over insurance, etc., should quickly be advised to come inside.

Sunday afternoon call. Trying to plan my week (2 workers, 1 car, return to office).Very rude young man over the phone. I tried to convey my schedule that week and when I would be available, and asked their weekday hours. The last time I picked up this Rx was a Sunday. For some reason they won’t fill it till Monday this month.The young sounding male didn’t seem to understand. He didn’t give me their weekday hours, didn’t care. Seemed angry to have had to answer the phone. And he lacked even common phone etiquette of “hello” or a “thank you” at the beginning and end of calls.Been using them for a while. All of the female staff I’ve ever interacted with there are lovely people, not this guy. Lucky me.

I have been using this kroger and pharmacy in-person for a long time. However, their behavior is pathetic towards the customers over the phone. They put you on hold forever. Than they wont answer all your questions and say that they don't have time to answer all your questions. Very unprofessional behavior towards the customer. Will definitely change my pharmacy and grocery store from now on!

Worst store for customers! We never get out of here without something being overcharged. Ad and app states red grapes are $.97 a pound and we get home to look over or receipt and low and behold we got charged $1.99 a pound for 5.11 pounds of grapes. If it was once id'd understand but nearly ever time we go to this particular Kroger we have to go back. The service desk is staffed by only 1 person and then have to wait with the multitude of other people that had their orders screwed up too. I keep telling my husband that close is just not worth it and to stop shopping here as I have done.
