Still wishing RiteAid was open. Pharmacist one time would not fill my prescription because he didn't feel comfortable. Went without insulin for 4 days because they couldn't give me an emergency supply. And now waited a week for birth control for them to tell me it's coming in the next day. Never came the next day.

Had to switch pharmacies due to insurance, and I was bummed to leave Walgreens across the street because they'd worked really well for my family and me. However, this Kroger pharmacy has been fast and reliable, and the employees are personable. I wish the app was a little more robust in terms of notifications, but it is easy to request refills, and they're filled in a timely manner. Some issues with the CVS prescription coverage providing only 30-day and not 90-day refills, but they've seemed to resolve that.

I've been using this pharmacy for several years and find them always helpful and courteous even though they are ridiculously busy. The drive thru can be a long wait, but I have found this is usually caused by customers wanting to conducting business better served inside the store. When I pick up at the drive thru they serve me quickly and courteously.

Shout out to Ray at this location. He went out of his way to call the on-call nurse at my doctor’s office and explain that I needed an emergency refill of a medication I’ve taken for almost ten years. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made my whole entire weekend so much more bearable.Ray is literally the reason I’m never leaving this pharmacy. Ray deserves a raise.

They are frequently out of the Rx I need so I end up making more than one trip to the store. The drive through wait is ridiculously long. The pharmacist are very knowable, but who I think are pharmacy students aren't knowable at all.

Please treat Lexi as nicely as possible.She is a fragile girl with a obvious low self worth, she confuses customer service with personal interactions.If you are not kind enough she will use her cashier position as a controller.At best, she counts for a living and runs a cash register.I would like to think Lexi would have better days at her job if her low self esteem weren’t so involved and wasn’t so racist. Human interactions are not an assault on your being. Get well soon. Your showing your insecurities.

I drive past 3 other Krogers for this one because they’re consistently on point.Making this review to compliment Alexus though. She probably deserves a raise. Without skipping a beat or anything important just cashed me out like she is the GOAT. Super fast with finesse and focus I’m pretty sure she spun the stapler in her hand like a bartender spinning a bottle with a quick click click I was stunned that I was done already. When time is as valuable as it is. Thankyou

Tiffany is amazing at what she does and is always a true delight to work with and always put a smile on my face with her beautiful arrangements.
