Turned a simple oil change and tire rotation into a stressful experience. 5-1/2 hour oil change. They picked up our car at 9:00 am. When are you going to bring it back? Yark: We don’t know. We need it at 2:30 to get to an appointment. Yark: I’ll tell them.
At 2:18 we received a text saying the car would be done at 3:15. At 2:30 the driver and Yark follow car arrived, the very last minute.
They sent 16 text messages and 3 emails about the job. They texted, ‘We have you in our schedule. We are going to be there at 11:00. We are leaving now. We are at your place. We are leaving your place. We are at our shop. We finished. We are returning your car. Leave us a 5 star review. The driver has arrived’ (we were outside waiting). Etc. Cost $78. One star for turning a simple oil change into an 5-1/2 hour, unnecessarily anxious experience.

I’ve had multiple trips to Yark Ford for service and it has been great. Very detailed on the inspections from write up to pick up. I got several videos via text showing my truck in service, showing under the hood and vehicle. I even got it dropped off to my house after service. Thanks again!

I only take my car to Yark / Ford and I couldn't be more pleased. Craig is my guy that I go to. I know he will always look after me and be honest with me. He keeps me informed every step of the way.

Took our vehicle in for the 30,000 miles service. Cody explained everything that would be completed including a wash. The service was completed within 3 hours from drop off.

Bill zucchini is one of the absolute best service advisors in the game, he was amazingly friendly, knowledgable and funny. I had absolutely no issues with understanding everything he laid out for me. And I hope my car breaks down again, just to be able to see him again!!
