The most incompetent condescending ruthless people to ever mishandle money . I mean vicious and the next time Brianna calls a customer a derogatory name perhaps she should make sure they're not within earshot or she is not on a speakerphone. Such as was my experience. Does Key care? No. Customer service only says we will note the issue. Thus Citizens across the street is where my money gains interest.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Bre at the Trilby Branch. She goes above and beyond for her clients for sure!! Very personable but professional always!! Thanks so much to Bre and the rest of the tellers for being so great always!!

I went to them for Help with my bills and Credit card with them. I was given the run around was supposed to meet with a worker when I showed up They barely fit me in on my Scheduled appointment? On top of that I went there completely wanting and willing to make up for and pay off my debt with them Not Good enough looks like I called and wanted to speak with the person I was handed off too and of course No answer along with the Secondary option Not Good Enough either not in service I suffered from a knee injury and could not work on orders from my doctor for almost three months

The last 6 months the quality of services has gone downhill greatly! Payments from my IRA accounts have not been deposited in a timely manner! No one is on weekends or holidays to resolve issues they created like restricting your account without notice by opening a Zelle account they stated was quick and easy ( if you use Zelle ONCE the first time , they restrict you accounts and no one to fix over weekends and holidays —like fraud department) Money can be held up in a restricted phase for days! There is a double standard on their side on payments due by a due date. They can be delayed for weekends, holidays on paying you but you get charged $30+ a pop if one day late! They don’t seem to know if money coming to you will be land mail or direct deposit! You can agree to extra money being sent but it never happens sometimes — same with agreeing on a specific date gets ignored. Bank overdraft fees accumulate despite it being the bank not deposited on time! So much more.....
