ATM ate $800 in CASH , bank said would be 10-45 days for provisional credit. manager Jason argued with customer regarding putting "out of order" sign on ATM, customer filed a formal complaint, manager JASON retaliated by CLOSING customers account!!!,,, DONT BANK HERE

I deposited cash into the ATM at the Collingwood branch and it didn't show up in my account and when I called right back I had to file a dispute and wait over a week before I got a credit in my account, and there still looking into it smh!

During virus crisis, I went to use ATM and it wouldn't let me deposit money. I call. Worker just says "OK" entire time. After 3rd try it finally works. I don't need indifference when I'm trying to deposit money I need.

I'm late making this review, but this KeyBank location is where I created my first checking and savings account. Considering the fact that it was my first bank account; I had a lot of questions and required a lot of guidance. Maria and Lisa were very patient with me and answered all my questions to the best of their ability; which I truly appreciate. Thank you all for being so helpful!

The tellers at this branch are rude and disrespectful, always have been. I am sending an email to the new manager with my concern about the obnoxious behavior of one of the tellers. They need to be trained on how to treat customers, regardless of how much money you have in your account. Today, I was in this branch at 2:30PM, which I really try not to do because of the hostile environment in this bank. An older gentleman was at the teller window. There were at least 6 other patrons in the bank waiting in line. The teller told the gentleman "you account is overdrawn so I can't cash this check." He said it twice, loud enough for everybody in the bank to hear, that this gentleman had an overdrawn account. He also told the gentleman that he could not cash the check that he could only deposit it. The gentleman left the bank. I felt very sorry for him based on the fact that everyone in the bank knew this gentleman's business. Very unprofessional. When it was my turn at the window, I told the teller that I was offended by his behavior. He told me that the gentleman couldn't hear, which is why he had to talk so loudly. Unacceptable!
