We had gone with a different lender who was running us through the ringer for 6 weeks. We switched lenders to go with VanDyke. We couldn't have made a better decision. Keith got us through the loan process smoothly and quickly. What a difference. I would recommend them to anyone, hands down. They guided us through the home buying experience with knowledge and compassion.

When I started my process, I had reached out to a realator that I know for a recommendation. She got me in touch with Keith. The process was very seamless, especially with being able to upload all the documents and esign almost everything prior to closing. There was always communication between Keith & Cheryl throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend going through VanDyk Mortgage.

Keith and Cheryl were absolutely amazing to work with and if you are reading this and trying to figure out which lender to use, stop reading and call Keith, you don’t have to look any further. Especially if you are an out of state investor and want to have a smooth closing.

I recently completed my first home purchase, and I'm happy to say that Keith and his team made the mortgage process very straightforward. I was concerned about my qualifications but Keith was very transparent and honest, and ended up getting me a great rate and terms. Keith and his team were truly amazing to work with. He worked day and night to ensure everything was made a priority, provided constant communication, and most importantly treated you like a friend in need and not just a customer.
