As you should expect, they have tons of fabric. They also have crafting supplies: papers, beads, embellishments, and everything else you could want. The store is clean and the clerks are friendly and helpful.

Staff is great and helpful. I've always had great experiences with them. I love the in-store and curbside pickup. The selection is medium, but I recognize they can't have everything in the store at once. They do often have new yarn brands right away, which is nice. I purchase massive amounts of yarn, and this is my go-to physical retailer.

Every thing you need for knitting, crafting, fabric and all accessories, etc. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Store is well lighted & very clean.

My go-to place for fabric and bulk Poly-Fil. A bonus for me too is that they let you use multiple coupons (for different items) in one transaction unlike other competitors. Lines can be slow and long during peak shopping hours though.

Very happy with the service. The woman there helped us locate how to have coupons for our items which was very courteous. The store itself could use updating. The old white flooring makes it look colorless and needs to be redone. Otherwise the store is very clean and they have a wide selection. This store is mainly for sewing, which is to be expected. If you want crafts for painting or something it has some things but you'd find more at a store like Michael's.

Called to see if they had iron on patches. That I could put on my Son clothes for his birthday. Older lady picked up the phone of the store and was very rude. I won’t ever call again.

Had everything I needed and more. Great sale. Kristie helped me tonight and there was a long line behind me but I needed things that had to be taken out of a locked room and she was so nice about it. Took the time to see what coupons would work best. She did call for help and they made it up to the front. But the line was wrapped around, it was very long and she made you feel like you were her main concern. Thank you!
