“First off. I don't even have to ring the buzzer to get in? After having all those issues I walk in the place is spotless. There is alot of merchandise that I was free to browse without feeling hacked. Guess that's what cameras are for. After making my decision the service rep recommended an even better option that I three or more times originally refused I'm very glad to have taken his advice. You could clearly tell it wasn't to make a buck either. I'm sure he didn't loose one either but I appreciate his honesty. Treated with respect in a clean establishment with plenty to look at and buy.”

“I had a watch in need of repair. I took it to the place where most people take time pieces in need of repair. They said I needed a main gasket and crown gasket replaced. $60, and they would have it in a few weeks. I came to Yelp and found Tom Rumpf. He looked it over and said the main gasket is fine, but the crown needs to be replaced. He did the job for 1/4 the cost the other place quoted, and I had my watch back in 2 business days. Tom is now my go-to guy for watch repairs.”
“It’s taken me a few months to have the chance to write this but here we go.I was doing a little baby announcement shopping for my mom and was just window shopping when Emilio offered for me to come in and talk. Emilio was the only employee out of all the jewelry stores in the mall that actually said something to me as I looked. That was the selling point! Both staff members (Emilio and Brayden) were welcoming, curious and helped me right away. I knew I wanted to buy something but I wasn’t sure exactly what that would be. I waited behind about 20-25 people today & the line hardly moved. After 30 minutes I had to leave because this time of year is crazy busy for me (and everyone!). I’ll try again tomorrow.”

“I am a long time customer and have always been pleased with this unique establishment! Friendly staff, customer service, wide selection of quality merchandise and reasonable cost. Today I came to pick up a repaired bracelet that was made for my wife from an idea I had for my wife’s birthday. After many years a small repair was needed. It was a hot day and I was offered a cold bottled water as my repaired piece was retrieved. Nominal repair price and an offer to clean my own wedding band (complimentary) while we talked. Thanks again! My wife will be pleased to wear her special bracelet! I have always recommended you to friends and family.”
