“First off. I don't even have to ring the buzzer to get in? After having all those issues I walk in the place is spotless. There is alot of merchandise that I was free to browse without feeling hacked. Guess that's what cameras are for. After making my decision the service rep recommended an even better option that I three or more times originally refused I'm very glad to have taken his advice. You could clearly tell it wasn't to make a buck either. I'm sure he didn't loose one either but I appreciate his honesty. “This is just a suggestion: when placing & paying for an order online, the Pandora store NEEDS a “express lane” to be able to pick up the orders that are paid for. I waited behind about 20-25 people today & the line hardly moved. After 30 minutes I had to leave because this time of year is crazy busy for me (and everyone!). I’ll try again tomorrow.”

“I am a long time customer and have always been pleased with this unique establishment! Friendly staff, customer service, wide selection of quality merchandise and reasonable cost. Today I came to pick up a repaired bracelet that was made for my wife from an idea I had for my wife’s birthday. After many years a small repair was needed. It was a hot day and I was offered a cold bottled water as my repaired piece was retrieved. Nominal repair price and an offer to clean my own wedding band (complimentary) while we talked. Thanks again! My wife will be pleased to wear her special bracelet! I have always recommended you to friends and family.”
