The ring is great but the service picking up was not great. He did not take the time to make sure the ring was sized appropriately and just scooted me on my way. When I questioned it he said it was fine and did not need it because it fit over my nuckle. I am very disappointed in this behavior and wish I did not spend this amount on a ring that doesn't fit.

I went into Jared looking for a gift for my husband initially. Stephanie was kind, caring and knowledgeable, she helped me find him multiple gifts and a few items for myself and kept me well within my budget. She asked questions about my family and told me a little about hers. I felt like family while shopping for my special occasion. She walked me outside and watched until I was safely in my car before closing the door. Stephanie is a great person and an even better sales person. I believe she could sell bacon to a pig lol. I had a great experience and I cannot wait to go jewelry shopping again.

Alex and Jamie were very helpful and knowledgeable. They both were working separately to accommodate the vision and made it happen! They really went out of their way to find the perfect piece for us! Great customer service and will definitely visit there again for my jewelry needs!
