The most unorganized pharmacy is in Toledo. They take 20 min to find your medicine every time because it's a total mess. And the staff is pretty incompetent. I wish I could leave 0 stars. 1 star is too good.

Arrived Saturday at 1 to pick up my sister's meds because they won't deliver when they say they will. 1 week late! I arrived at 1 website says close at 3. Mondays a holiday so I have to wait until Tuesday. They are playing with people health

I had explained to people over the phone every month I have problems with this pharmacy I have bubble packs and lots of medicine they never get my medicine right the driver today lied about delivering my packages when I have a door camera it's just awful it's just awful get it filled at your own risk get delivered at your own risk when I was telling the girl about I never got my delivery because I have been washing my car forever she even got smart with me very unprofessional people don't do it

James Pharmacy has employees who truly care about it's customers. They go the extra mile to ALWAYS make sure everything is correct. They are always polite and courteous and they are some of the fastest pharmacists around!

Today is Saturday I have serious mental health concerns and I’ve waited all day for my medication to be delivered it’s 5pm and still my medication is not here now I’m completely out of one of my medication I really need to take every day now I will suffer the withdrawals and my mental state will suffer till Monday i do understand people make mistakes but this pharmacy is like a circus show sometimes and some of the staff are extremely friendly but others sometimes profile or predict your words or assume this or that about some of the customers they talk with I just don’t know why anyone would do this it’s so nonprofessional and the people in charge need to consider having better employees that will make the pharmacy look better and have a better reputation just a thought I’ll be calling Monday it’s out of my hands as far as my medication not being delivered I guess this just comes with the pharmacy.

Ive been a loyal customer for 6+ years now. I USED to love the personal, friendly, timely, like family neighborhood pharmacy. I have sent and referred many many people their, forevor praising them.....and NOW....maybe 6 months to a year ago they changed business hours closing at 6pm rather than 7pm including closed completely on Sunday?? Ok 1 hour really is not a huge deal but...this Sunday I woke up with 103.2 fever, throat so sore i could not swallow, and neck and body aches so bad I used every ounce of energy making a trip to the ER, and later remembered, I have no where to fill the meds that are going to give me even the slightest relief?!?! But Friday before that they claimed to have not gotten my husbands faxed EMERGENCY 4 days supply script that is just about a life or death med after the nurse confirmed she sent it twice, so he went without 2 days. We tried again thinking they surely would have it by morning...NO!!! Yesterday I took in 2 regularly monthly med scripts and they didnt have enough supply to fill it in whole, and my husbands now monthly supply of his life or death meds is too early (their faulty equipments mistake). So we are SMART today & call to make sure my husbands is approved and their ordered supply came in, before we WASTE another almost $20 on lyft rides there and back and the women that answered my call first made me feel like i should know my husbands fill date, SORRY!! We were not informed lady. but I was TALKING CALMLY in a normal pitch and tone when she comes back and says he was just given a 10 day supply he has to wait 5 more days!....WHAT IN THE ACTUAL REAL WORLD IS GOING ON?!?!?...was my silent thought.... So I only reply, scared and concerned with a slight raise in pitch, same volume and say..."10 day supply?? They gave him 10 and he takes 2 per day....but before I said "per" she rudely and ANGRY..."FIRST OF ALL, YOU!(emphasized) DONT(louder) need to YELL AT ME. ...I replied "I wasnt yelling I am....she says "YES YOU WERE!!! (angrily INSISTING). "HOLD!!" and hangs up loudly putting me on hold. Im literally now explaining myself to my husband almost in tears, because after all the trouble they have caused us the last 5 days, I did not , and had not the slightest intentions to be disrespectful to ANYONE. 5 long minutes later....she picks up with a MUCH BETTER voice and says, "Yes, your husbands went thru we will start working on them now....and the order is in I'm not sure if it is all put away. I will have that one started too."

They get you med's mess up or they don't send all of your meds at one time. I have nothing but problems from day one when I switch Pharmacy's to them. I told them I was switching to them from Toledo Pharmacy they never called toledo pharmacy to get my prescriptions from them and James pharmacy only sent the meds that the doctor sent in so I refuse to them and called James where the rest of my med's and they said they didn't have any other meds for me .I ask about the meds from toleTo pharmacy they said I never told them to switch my meds from Toledo Pharmacy and I did tell to transfer my prescriptions from Toledo Family Pharmacy.

They was supposed yo be open till 7 i got there at 6:45 they were already closed... Then I have to work around their schedule with my son's appointment because they keep giving me the wrong date for the meds to be filled and want to send out each med out on a different day and then be upset that I'm calling
