“Every employee at this location went above and beyond to help me with switching over to a new plan, purchasing a couple new devices, setting me up with WiFi, and fixing a technical issue today. I left after making my purchase and had to come back right at closing time because I was having some problems with my new phone number. When I came back right before close they treated me with the same warm, friendly, and helpful experience as when I walked in the door earlier in the day. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will not go to another T-Mobile location for any problems or future purchases in the future. Jon-Luke and Ray were the gentlemen that helped me primarily with the first visit and I couldn’t remember the third employee who was equally as welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed with my experience today.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Evan! He provided excellent service, was friendly, and took care of everything quickly. I was thrilled to buy a new Apple Watch after my old one got wet and stopped working. Evan also told me about a great promo, and I ended up purchasing a new pair of AirPods as well. I really hope his bosses keep him at this location, DON’T MOVE HIM! “I've been helped in this store previously and they were kind and helpful! I called and spoke with the manager Jordan due my younger brother having issues with a location in Defiance, OH. Jordan was so helpful even though it was not a location he was responsible for since I was not able to drive there due to me just having surgery. The Defiance location took advantage of the fact that my brother was young and didn't know how to take care of things and they REFUSED to help him with the issues.
