Every year we get Integrity knocking on our door uninvited, soliciting their services. This year, they asked if "We were happy with our home" and offered a "Free home inspection" on the spot. This is suspicious and residents should never let any solicitation salesman in their home. Please stop soliciting in our neighborhood in Monclova Township. I would never do business with a company that is that pushy and rude. If they come to your door, ask to see their solicitation permit.

Tyler is awesome, my door replacement had some other major problems that needed to be done first so we worked with the one door and he helped me to find someone who done the other type of repairs that had to be done before the door and jam could be installed. Tyler is very honest and trustworthy and has the knowledge to bring peace of mind that your job will be done right.

Update (9/9/2024): Just got the window portion of our project done, and the quality of work and service have been awesome so far. The window team (lead by Sam) was efficient, professional, and communicative. The windows look great, and the site cleanup was so good that, if it weren't for the way the windows transformed our space, we wouldn't have even known they were here. The siding team has already been in touch, and their materials have already been delivered and are ready to go for the next few days. Looking forward to looking at a totally refreshed exterior.
(7/9/2024) This review is for our experience getting a quote for a siding and window project through Integrity. Tyler was great. His presentation was professional and thorough, and he was able to answer all of our questions. By the end of our discussion, we had a good understanding of the project costs and felt that we'd been shown the best options available. Tyler worked with us to find options within our budget, and we're looking forward to getting our new siding and windows within the next few months. I'll update with a new review once all the work is done.

Michael Judge arrived right on time, was informative and professional while inspecting our home's windows, and gave us a complete and thorough explanation of everything we wanted or didn't want for our new windows. We were delighted with his integrity and decided to go with this company because of his honesty and ability to work with us and not try to pressure us into getting more than we need or want. Can't wait to see our new windows within a few months. We had Integrity install a new roof a couple of years ago and we so happy with the results we called Integrity first when looking for new windows. We had other companies we were going to get estimates from but were so impressed with what we heard today we signed up on the spot.

Our new windows look great! Phil, the service manager, and Drew and his crew were very professional and did an outstanding job. Everyone communicated clearly throughout the process and the installation team was very thorough and friendly!

Have to say, we are very impressed with the roofing team that replaced our roof. Jose made contact and followed up with any and every question. The team showed up early and started the tear off. Everything was contained on the tarps and they made sure everything was cleaned up and then some. Between Matt and Jose and the team they had we had every question or concern taken care. They raked, used magnetic rollers and blowers to make sure there was no debris left behind. We would definitely recommend Integrity and will use them in the future when the need arises.
