Fixed my car in the amount of time he said it was gonna be. The work was great. I had to get a motor mount replaced. As soon as I drove it after he did the repair, I could really tell the difference. Thank You

Took my car there twice. First time the count nothing wrong and charged nothing for checking it. A year later I took it in for belt replacement, a bolt and an oil leak. They charged as third of what my old franchised repair place would have charged and didn't even charge me for everything they repaired. Tracy is a very kind very fair person. I won't take my car to anyone else.

I still need work done according to the work order.. additional work.. because although very polite Mr. Tracy has some hearing issue and some things just weren't focused on when it's all said and done I'm sure to be a loyal patron of his fine museum.

These guys scammed my wife and I. They had our vehicle for almost three weeks for a timing belt change. A lot of run around and got the car back. Clips were broke off power steering resivoir and kept loosing fluid. The we lost heat due to hose connector being broken and not hold sealed to pipe on engine at all. Spit out coolant everywhere which soaked the new belt. Also found damage to upper timing cover, hose opening cut out and melt marks nearby in plastic. Mountings for engine and transmission computer housing broken/missing and computer mountings not secured. No low coolant light came on when the level dropped because the level sensor is plugged into the connector for the computer housing fan and the fan is plugged into the sensor connector. Had it been warmer outside there would have been a very high potential for overheating and engine damage with little to no warning due to the level sensor being connected up improperly. Owner denied paying me back for the "service" I paid them to do right. Then got stuck paying dealership to fix all the screw ups. Thanks Import Automotive for screwing up my vehicle and the financial situation you put my family in with a baby on the way. Great job guys!!

Tried picking up my car several occasions when they told me they'd leave it outside and i came to get it after hours which they were fully aware and they had it blocked in and inside the gate. Also weeks went by without an update or call. Turns out they didnt do anuthing to it. Absolute joke of a automotive shop.
