Nevaeh pierced my daughter’s ears today and she was WONDERFUL. She was kind, patient, and talked her through the process. Her customer service was outstanding. She was working by herself and did a great job handling everything.

The selection of merchandise is great, but the salesperson ignored us and then when I asked a question, was quite rude. I have been on other occasions and the staff was friendly
