I called the main Huntington Line to make sure I could do a money wire transfer; I walked into the branch on heatherdowns and one of the tellers told me I could not do a wire transfer. I asked if I could even start it, she told me no, that I would have to come on Monday. I left and went to the maumee dussel branch and was helped ! They told me they could do the wire transfer & that it would process on Monday.

They made an error on my deposit and neglected to inform me. When I checked the online banking, I was confused and called to see what had happened. Teller treated me like I was putting her out for inquiring. Own up to your mistake and apologize, period.

After having such a horrible experience at the Maumee/Dussel rd location! The Heatherdowns location was both quick on answering my questions and getting me in and out with my wire transfer that Maumee couldn't do. Bree answered the phone quick and scheduled me right away and Melony was very professional and quick with no problem and cared about my needs while I was there.Thanks Again!!!!

I have CD accounts and IRA account, I cannot see my information on the online banking. It's being about three weeks still do not see my information on the online banking.

This is a great bank. Like all other banks they can get busy at times but they certainly try their best to accommodate. It's clean with handicap parking and easy access to the entrance.This bank has been my bank for over 20years and I've never had a problem with them. Thanks! Keep up the great work.Highly recommend this place.
