They are rude at this location, pointplace experienced severe damages do to extreme weather. Checks were issued by the insurance company, when I called I was told to have the mortgage Co. Sign off on the check. (Check was made out to citizens bank, my wife and I) my wife took it to citizens they had her sign off first, then the bank signed off.. when I took this check to the bank I was told "we cannot deposit this check without your wife presemt" I explained we worked seperate shifts and only see each other on Sundays, they shrugged there shoulders, and I threatened to close my account and left to go to another branch. I arrived at laskey rd were my wife mete and they re assured me both did not need to be present since my wife signed off. I would not recommend this location to anyone

Horrible location. The staff is very rude and not willing to listen. They forget to call you when your order is in so you have to do double the work to get your money. Stay AWAY from this branch

Huntington should be super proud of Jessica Alba as she goes above & beyond to make customer's Want to bank with Huntington. We drove from MI & she made paying off our auto loan in cash a breeze, what a breath of fresh air to receive such Outstanding service. We can't thank Jessica & Huntington enough! We plan on moving to Toledo next year & because of the Awesome experience All of our finances will be going to this branch. Thanks again Jessica.

I opened a checking and savings account today, at the Point Place branch. It was a very pleasant experience. Ms. Mariah Haas was very quick, INFORMATIVE, and helpful, in showing which accounts best suited my needs. A very lovely, professional banker indeed. I suggest her for any of your banking needs. She goes over everything, and misses nothing. I was in and out, in about 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend.

The company i work for banks with hunnington. I have been to several branches. Point place branch has got to be the slowest one in toledo! How do u have 1 teller on a friday? Slow service everytime i go. I avoid the one at all cost!

This branch chose to close my account without ever contacting me. Instead chose to ask a known relative if I would mind. I like a small town vibe but not like that. Still truly saddens me. I had that account since I was a little girl when the bank set up in my elementary school and maintained a small balance since. As a consumer we face so much unreliability and this was one deal I held in high regard until they proved me wrong.
