Extremely dissatisfied!
Tonight around 4:30ish I became a guest in the grand downtown Bank of Huntington. My fiance and I were not greeted by the three Bankers tonight, the security guard gave us more of a welcoming.
Mind you it was only Him and I and the bankers in the bank, are wanted to open an account and the lst lady sent him over to the next banker.
Then she start poking at her key board with one finger as if she was typing. He then was told theu can fit him in today. HOW? no one but my fiance and I are here...I don't recommend Huntington, don't believe their ads...Guest service piss poor

Your downtown branch sucks.. The lady working today is super rude.. I would see them looking at people that are not so well of like they are garbage. Don't understand what they say she will say it louder or ask u to leave.. 9a.m. this bank has not been open at that time sooooo any times.. get it together.. for your customers.. I won't be one anymore.. but..yea..

Despite the McCord and Central Ave branch made so many mistakes, (my sister and my names are confusing) but I always enjoy banking there. Hands down the best teller and managers!This downtown branch I almost wish they are non-exist so I have no choice but go back to McCord and Central locations. (Sadly I moved)It is a waste of my times to even write this review, because they clearly did it to me purpose. They made my banking experience more time consuming, and frustrating!It is not even the efficiency issue here, it is treatment you can clearly tell they just try to give you hard time because they can.Im open to talk to any manager to discuss this matter (if you care enough) and if you need need customer profile reference, Feel free to reach out Brenda on McCord branch.

I been banking here for a couple of years so far it has been excellent service this is for me my go to place for all my needs I highly recommend that if you want the best customer service friendly tellers who care give it a try I never been disappointed.

Teller refused to give me change and demanded my wife come in and get it for me due to the fact that I was not on the account. Mind you I deposit money into her account a minimum of one time a week and always go in there for change this is the first time I have had a problem. The man seemed upset that I didn't have an account with them and my wife did. Continued to try and tell me I am not a customer and that I should make an account. Told him I had problems with Huntington years ago. The only reason my wife has that account is because first Merritt closed. Will be making her close the account later this week. Thanks for the crappy customer service mr supervisor.
