Set up an appointment last night for today at 6PM. Show up at 538 and sit in the lobby, no one says anything.
By 610 I got up from the lobby since no one said anything. I left confident no one was doing my taxes this evening.

Edit: I called the number H&R provided on this review and they assessed my situation and assured me the responsible employee (receptionist) would be re-trained. As a side-note I want to mention that my tax documents never had any issues, the problem I faced was entirely customer service related and they were nice and professional about it.

We have been going to Mary Jo for the last few years, and she is a godsend. We have very complicated taxes, and she handles them with ease, professionalism, and the fastest service I've ever received. I highly recommend Mary Jo as a tax prep professional. Give that woman a RAISE!
