They were late for the first scheduled appointment. The second one was supposed to be between 10 & 12 noon, but the called the day of and changed it to 3 - 6 pm. Tyler the repairman told me that the parts were covered under warranty so I would only have to pay the $89 initial service charge. I even asked if I would have to pay anything when they came back out to install the parts. Tyler said that I would not have to.However, when the parts did come in and Tyler came back to install, I was charged $180.00!!! for 30 minutes to install the parts even though Tyler himself told me that I would not have to pay anything additional. When I asked Tyler, he acknowledged that he told me that and simply said he was mistaken.So, SO disappointed that I chose to support this local company!At least honor your word.

The guy who called was so nice and knowledgeable. He was able to tell me the issue over the phone and it wasn't an easy one. I did so much googling and my husband is pretty technical and we found nothing about this issue. Also it was a manufacturing problem, so it cost us nothing and he replaced a bunch of things. I would recommend and use them over and over again. I rarely write reviews but I truly think they deserve a great one.

Had an issue with my sound bar connecting. They came out and attempted to repair. The sound bar didn't work at all when they were done. They took the sound bar back to the shop and brought it back weeks later still doing the same thing. They dropped it off giving my the impression it was all fixed. Plugged it in and it was still boke Called and they said I have to call samsung. Place is a waste of time and has awful communicating.

If their was a way to give more stars I would certainly add more. The service technician (can't remember his name) was very courteous, friendly and overall a very nice person. He took time listening to the issues we were having with our Frigidaire and he right away started looking things over and it didn't take him long to figure out the issue and how to fix. Our Frigidaire was basically not getting cold and somehow he got it working temperally until the part he had to replace arrived. He came back and again took time showing me the part he was replacing and the cause of it. Thanks, to him our Frigidaire is like brand new again.

Absolutely unacceptable business practice. We contacted them to have them service our washer. They stated that they would be able to fix it, or at least come out and look at it, but that they would be roughly two weeks out. As inconvenient as that was, we understood the time frame and agreed to a 1 pm- 4 pm on 10/27. We even received a text message confirming the time frame. After waiting for the entire time frame and not receiving any call/update, I had to call the company to ask for an update. At that time, the representative Eric joked about how it was only 12 minutes past the time frame and stated that he was “just about to call me” to provide an update that the technician was running behind the scheduled time frame, which again, ended 12 minutes prior. I told him I needed to speak with my wife about it to see if we wanted to continue to use their service as we were extremely unhappy. We decided that even after how unacceptable they were, we really did not want to have to wait another couple weeks for our washer to be repaired. I called back to advise them that we were extremely unhappy but that we would have to use their service. Eric asked what part of their “service” was unacceptable as we agreed to the two week appointment. He continued to think it was acceptable to not call during the scheduled time frame to provide any sort of update on the technicians arrival. I then attempted to call back after cancelling the appointment to speak with management about the situation and my phone would no longer complete the call, however my wife’s phone would. Once on the line, Eric then transferred me to a manager David who also did not answer. We find this practice completely unacceptable especially for a business that has been around for so long. Would not recommend.

This was thee best experience ever with any kind of customer service. From time I spoke with ever one on the phone, to scheduling, them coming with already ordered parts! The gentleman who came was so kind and quick. This experience was so helpful and efficient. Thank you to everyone who helped get my dishwasher back running.

Household Centralized Service is without a doubt the best service provider for everything in your home. Whether it’s my TV, fridge, washing machine or basically anything I can break, they can (and have) fixed it. The owner, Eric, has continuously held my hand time after time when things go wrong. In the drop of a hat, he’s there, sometimes on his hands and knees, fixing my problems. I can’t recommend them enough.
