Driver said he was on the way when I hung up the phone and made a 15 min drive in the time it took me to walk 5 minutes. Great experience!

Did not have a good experience. I called them at 10am, was told there was 1 person before me. The tow driver told me at 3pm he caught a flat and still had 1 person before me. The tow driver proceeded to turn his phone off and never called back. I understand stuff happens, but a called back would've sufficed. O well, another tow company got they're business the next day.
