Even though there are closer places to have my yard equipment fixed (one is 3 blocks away), I travel from Perrysburg to have Art fix my stuff. He's awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't feed you a line of crap. The others back there a really friendly too. Good customer service is really hard to find these days, but Art is a pro! Thank you Art and Home Depot!

We were supposed to have our fridge delivered 5 days ago. We were told by 8 that their truck broke down and we’d get a call to set up a time the next day. Never happened. Called the number and they said they called, asked to speak to a manager who then told us we were correct that the center never called us to reschedule. Manager promised us we would have priority first delivery the following day and gave us his personal line. Delivery never happened and we called said manage

I come in every few weeks to go around and collect one of each of the free laminate floor samples. I absolutely love the fact that they provide them for crafters like me. I have came in about once every other week for almost 3 years and have actively redone 1 bedroom, a bathroom and my entire basement. Just before covid started they had started to recognize me and kept asking me to leave and telling me "they're free samples but it doesn't mean they're free again and again." But now that I can literally wear a mask in the store I come in like 3 times a week. If I can keep this pace up I should be able to get the other two bedrooms and the kitchen done by Christmas. That being said, I'm only giving four stars because they really should get some new colors for the samples, like I'm trying to have some really cool variations in my bedroom but they need to get some newer colors. Also not really a fan of the color orange, maybe you guys should try using a different color for the outside, spice things up a bit that's the key to any good relationship. That's what my papa always used to tell me was you gotta keep a relationship spicy or it lol never work, of course that was before he was charged with that felony, but that's a different story I suppose. Here's today's haul :)

I order 4 appliances over Two weeks before delivery! Gave them a extra week even. Night before I get a automated call saying I'm not getting til 12/30 pissed is a understatement! Called delivery co And Home Depot.. no help! Because the delivery co doesn't have the room my items were never pulled from stock and by the time they got to me that had no left . I cried as I already got rid of dishwasher and stove... fridge was being cleaned out and scheduled for pick up that morning. This was a Friday ... so Monday after I gave them the weekend to see what they could do ... got a call from a cashier saying they were issuing a refund! Was pissed .. by this time it was already Dec 9 and had family coming I. Dec 21. So I had to start over with another company who got me 2 out of 4 items within one week! Thank you Appliance center of Toledo. You saved Christmas

Never!!! Delivery is the worst. And the mess made during delivery was even worse. No care of the product, shoddy product handling, and rude as ever. Product arrived damaged, but that was my fault somehow????!!!!!! Lowes here I come

I love it here and a fun fact. The light on Lewis and Alexis is actually very fair. Just simply stop when the light turns yellow and you will completely avoid getting a ticket. Other than that, I had a very friendly experience the other day in the garden center. I was greeted by two very friendly associates named Amanda, and Alexander. I was just simply looking for a soil that would be beneficial and healthy enough for my tulips. Surprisingly enough there are many different kinds of soil so this made the selection process quite hard for me. Amanda came along and explained to me that I did not have to use anything really fancy for my garden bed and her expertise upon this subject was quite extraordinaire. I informed her that I was in the need of a lawnmower but I had absolutely no prior knowledge of what would suite me best. Amanda then requested the help of Alexander who was standing near by helping another gentleman. This young man definitely knew his stuff and I am definitely coming to this store weekly to get more supplies for my new garden!

PLEEEEZE stop pushing your credit card on me!! I bought some paint and rollers, and the cashier asked me no fewer than four times in the one minute of contact I had with her if I wanted to open a Home Depot credit card. After I already told her I had one and preferred to not use oit, to which she said I can have up to four. After I already told her I would only use the one I had if they brought back the Lowe's competitive discount. After I already told her in no uncertain terms, "No, I really don't want another." . . . she persisted. So here's your review. Another reason to avoid: There is a traffic camera at the corner of Lewis and Alexis, where this store is. The yellow light is unreasonably brief, making it easy to get caught driving under a red light if you are doing the speed limit and happen to hit the intersection just as it is turning yellow. If I could, I would organize a boycott of businesses in that area until the City of Toledo started playing fair and took their little cash grab away.

I'm also done with Home Depot. Customer service was a joke, even texts and online chats. When I cancelled my order with them after they messed up the install, they said they were glad Lowe's could help me out. Not even an apology for screwing up the install. After shopping there loyally ever since I bought my home in 2006, I guess Lowe's can help me out from now on. They are, after all, only located across the street. Also, cancelled my order on 12/30, still haven't been refunded. And after opting out of their emails, they ask you to tell them why, after doing that, the submit button doesn't work for any of the selections. How handy!
