I entered the store at 4pm on a Thursday. There are hardly any customers and plenty of employees. Some simply talking to one another. I went to electrical looking for assistance for material for an outdoor 240v outlet. She claimed she wasn't an electrician and suggested I go to a local electrical store for help. She went back to her group conversation. I'm now in lumber department waiting to get a board cut. Asked two people for assistance. Apparently there is only one person in the store who can operate saw and he's on the hi lo in the parking lot. I think I know why there are no customers in the store.

I have never experienced such a disaster . They forgot to load my carpet for installation on a Wednesday ,then couldn’t find it. They rescheduled for Fri. But called the night before way too busy can’t do it ,let’s do it Wed. This was to come with ( free) installation ,but wanted to charge another $180.00 for some furniture . Each time I ask for compensation for all the inconvenience I was told we will talk about that after it’s installed , but they wanted the $180.00 right

So we went yesterday to look and buy all new appliances. No one came to us to help. I finally ask the very large man sitting playing on a computer for some help. He looked me dead in the face and said .. you should come back Wednesday when they go on sale. I said I'd like to look at combos anyway while I'm here. He made absolutely no effort to get off his giant caboose and help us. Finally another gentleman came over and went over and beyond to help us. Pulled up everything I wanted and priced it all. I will be going back to buy from this nice man. Can't remember his name but he was a bit shorter and extremely knowledgeable

On Thursday, 10/3/19 at around 1:30 someone backed into our Ram truck tailgate in the parking lot causing major damage. If someone witnessed this please message me. The store was less then helpful when my husband asked them to review the parking lot cameras.

I usually have great service at this place, but today, not so much. My husband and I came in with the intention of purchasing several exterior doors and storm doors. We kept asking for help. We were told he was on the way. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were ready to leave. We came around the corner to find the guy helping someone else already. Big mistake. We purchased elsewhere.

I bought a new granite countertop kitchen sink kitchen faucet new hardware for the cupboards and drawers I paid for professional installation Home Depot sent The company cutting edge to install the countertop professionally needless to say they did the most unprofessional job after being disappointed I contacted Home Depot they contacted cutting edge cutting edge sent out one of their supposedly managers. He did nothing he stood there staring at the countertop and offered no explanation or solution to the unprofessional job that was done obviously cutting edge countertops no nothing about customer service ! I haven't heard from Home Depot about the unprofessional job that was done I won't be using Home Depot for any more of my home-improvement jobs or anything else for that matter !

I had a return that was pleasant at the desk. Also no hassle. I took off looking for what I needed which was a kitchen faucet and some drain cleaner. When I was thing for foremost is that the associates would stop and help and help and help. Please tell them to keep up the good work . We purchased a granite counter top, custom order in March 2017, paid in full. The material was delivered cut the wrong size, and cracked. We were never told in advance that Home Depot bails once they get your money, leaving you to deal with an incompetent third party business on your own. We had to initiate phone calls to the sub-contract business to achieve any resolution. We did not receive any help from Home Depot in resolving the issue, until we went to the Home Depot

We do not believe that the Home Depot believes in putting customers first. It is however, important that you get our feedback to make sure you are aware that you did not not live up to your promise, and did not deliver better service to us. We purchased a granite counter top, custom order in March 2017, paid in full. We were never told in advance that Home Depot bails once they get your money, leaving you to deal with an incompetent third party business on your own. The first install had three major errors. The material was delivered cut the wrong size in two places, and cracked. This business sends sub-standard and inaccurately measured product out for installations, repeatedly, to the same house. Who sends out a crew for failure? What a waste of time & money for all of us. We had to initiate phone calls to the sub-contract business to achieve any resolution. We did not receive any help from Home Depot in resolving the issue. There was never any follow up from Home Depot to check on progress or status. We decided to go to the Home Depot store in person, once we were standing at their desk, they made the same phone calls we had already made to the third party company, not helpful. It should not be this difficult to get assistance when there is a problem with an order. The second install had material with flaws from the warehouse; the crew left us with the faucet and sink disconnected, and half the material in the trailer, not a working kitchen. Once again, we had to contact United Home Services and resolve the issue, no assistance from Home Depot. There was never any compensation for the mistakes, inconvenience, and lack of a functioning kitchen from Home Depot or UHS. The crew that showed up the third time was able to remove the flaws and finish the installation properly. The crew leader was a saving element to the entire process, very polite. We were given an estimated project time of 4 weeks, it took more than 8 weeks and three attempts. Worst experience, and will be sure to share this story repeatedly. They do not deserve any stars, had to put one to post the review.

ANOTHER shitty shopping trip to Home Depot on Secor. This store has the worst customer service and it continually goes downhill. 2 of the employees even apologized to me while waiting for a dumbass manager who couldn't answer any of my questions and concerns, there and walked away from me without any explanation but just stood there like an idiot. Not qualified to be in any form of management. #homedepotsucks. This is not my first complaint on this store. It will only get better if it closes.
