10/24/24 I text with an urgent need for a ferrel cat that was far too gone to save. They provided me with a quick response and appointment so the cat would not suffer in pain. In less than an hour we got in and the cat crossed over peacefully in caring hands. The staff is beyond amazing in everything they do. Thank you to each and everyone for the help.

Very nice office. Dr explained everything that she was doing to my pup and answered my questions. My dog and I both were very comfortable here

Excellent service. Parking lot is a bit small and therefore crowded. However the entire staff is amazing and willing to answer any and all questions. Made me feel super comfortable about everything with my puppy. I will continue to bring my dog here.

My cat has been seen 3 times for the same issue. However, they can never seem to get the issue fixed. Finally got an appointment with Dr. Bart but they made us sit in parking for 1 hour with no explanation. They didn't keep their appointment time. Seems like they have a terrible excuse for everything. I have had better service at PetSmart.

The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. It’s clear that everyone here is passionate about animals and their well-being.

I’ve been to numerous veterinary clinics in the Toledo area as I’ve always had numerous dogs and cats (currently have 7 dogs) and Heatherdowns Veterinary Clinic really impressed me. Dr. Megan Gardam went above and beyond with my questions regarding my dog. She performed surgery on my dog and promptly called me and gave me such detailed information on her bloodwork, post-op care, and other concerns I had. She was so caring and kind. I will definitely be returning for all of my dog’s needs.

Heatherdowns is hands down the best experience I have had with Veterinary care for my fur babes. Doctor Bart and Doctor Meg are genuine and incredible Vets. They take the time to listen and they explain each step. I can’t thank them enough for helping my fur babies. I am always recommending Heatherdowns because you can tell they truly care and want to best support you and your pets. I have never had such excellent care and communication from any other Veterinary clinic. I am so grateful for the wonderful staff at Heatherdowns. The Vet technician's and receptionists are friendly and are so kind and make it a very relaxing experience! Thank you for all you do and for helping my fur babes!??

We sincerely miss everyone at Heatherdowns Veterinary Clinic, especially Dr. Bart. Never, and I mean NEVER take his care, concern, and exemplary knowledge and skills for granted. He is the very best vet we’ve ever had. If we would have known that the vet care (And medical care.) was so horrendous elsewhere, we would have never left Ohio. The staff is friendly and helpful, as well as compassionate and understanding. I have had nothing but positive experiences. My experience started with my previous vet clinic closing. This place got me in quickly and helped me with prescription fills and the nest care for my 17 year old cat, until we had to say goodbye. Now, I have trusted them with caring for my newly adopted fur babies. This place is great and affordable!
