Good, honest auto maintenance company. Mike and his crew have been maintaining my 2015 Lexis IS250 for 5 years and have kept it running well. He doesn't recommend maintenance and repairs that aren't need but tells me what I do need to have done. When I give the ok, he does quality work and charges me a fair price. I've never had a problem with his services or fees.

I went to heatherdowns automotive repair shop today to get my exhaust taken care of. they were honest with me about the work they could and couldn't do. they were very kind and just genuinely good people. I highly recommend this place if you're aware of auto companies taking advantage and want to go somewhere you can trust will do right by you!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Every single time I have a problem with my car, which is outdated by the way, they have no difficulty correcting it with the highest level of professionalism. I can only say good things about my experience with these gentlemen and though I don't look forward to more car problems, I do look forward to having someone that can actually solve them. 100% recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Super great service. Honest prices and Honest employees. Clean and nice place go to get repairs on your vehicle. I've been going there for years and I won't go any place else. I trust them with my car. I even have my daughter taking her vehicle there. Its a great bunch of guys. Best part is they are HONEST AND REASONABLE.

Mike & his crew take great care of our cars....they go over & beyond for us. Mike squeezed me in when they were packed to fix my car so we could travel 3-hours for a family emergency. Mike & his crew are the best.

My son recommended this shop to me because of the excellent work they did for him. I took one our cars there and they repaired it on time for a very reasonable price. The mechanics were friendly and explained everything. We've been back with other cars and recommended them to others too!

Very poor experience and customer service. I brought my car in and received stares from one of the mechanics from the moment I walked up to the building. The person at the desk looked at my diagnostic paper and told me he would not be able to service my vehicle for at least a week. I believe he did not want to service my car because I am a minority. How rude and inconsiderate. Would not recommend!
