I'm in Toledo doing some updates and repairs on my grandma's house. Some previous clown friend of hers installed an old toilet without a flange, and caused so much damage, the toilet install guys from Home Depot refused to put in a new toilet. Called Goodall. They had a quote for me to fix the floor within the hour, and a guy to come out almost next day. They did amazing work. Pulled out all the rotting wood, replaced the floor, installed a new flange even. Also was able to unclog my grandma's tub. I'll be using them next time I'm in town for the bigger repair job coming up. Pictures are of the toilet hole before the fix, and after. They gave me a fair quote on a bigger project down the line too. Hopefully will use their services again.

We have used them often over the years. Most recently they installed everything needed for me to have a laundry roomon our second floor. Top notch work from beginning to end. Cleaned up everything. Want to waste an hour of your time? Call this schmuck. He came out for a bathroom-remodel estimate. Stuck around for an hour, and that's the last we heard from him. No estimate, blew off our repeated calls. Don't waste your time. I'd recommend 419 Remodeling, Home Solutions, and Glass City & Bath. At least they followed up with estimates. We ultimately went with Home Solutions.

I will be recommending Goodall Maintenance & Repair to everyone I know. Absolutely fantastic to work with. Very efficient, cleaned up as they went and very reasonably priced. Thank you SO much for everything and installing our new electric cooktop!

Came in home and took measurements. I could never even get an estimate. Kept promising to have it to me tomorrow, then next week. I had to initiate all contact. Not reliable and not recommend.

Steve and his entire team are a class act. I’ve been at several jobs they’ve worked at over the years; I was usually on site for my organizing skills, painting/papering, and/or personal reasons. They were always professional, on time and believe it or not ... on schedule!!!

This is the absolute best repair company i have ever hired. My hot water tank sprung a leak and Steve came out and installed a new one and fixed the surrounding gas and water lines within a few hours. Couldn't be happier
