Went in there yesterday afternoon for some important weekend meds and called while I was in the medicab, of course they were not ready. Cab was about to leave while I was waiting for over ten minutes and the bald cashier is yucking it up with the other clients in line. Had to bolt before I lost my cool. First and last time ever going in there. I realize it is friday, but very unprofessional office. Hope it is not a clown show like that M-Thurs. ?????????????

Pharmacy staff caused a delay of over an hour due to questioning the validity of an electronic prescription from my doctor in the same building. Resulted in me losing my ride and being stuck.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the hours.. they suck! Besides that I have no complaints. They don't take forever to fill anything, I've never waited more then maybe 30 mins one time & they were super busy. They are all very kind people & know most people by name. This is also the ONLY pharmacy that I've been to that no matter what they show no judgement or treat anyone differently for any reason. I've always felt comfortable talking to them. They even have treats for your kids!! I think this is literally the best pharmacy in town!!

I was on generic Adderall xr, and they gave me Mydayis due to them not having any generic Adderall xr. They never gave me a choice, nor did they contact my Doctor. This medication has made my life a nightmare. I was told to take Tylenol, and drink lots of water.I’m gonna change pharmacies, this is ridiculous

Thank you Genoa healthcare for always supplying my medication in a timely manner and making sure I am never without especially with my health being the way it has been and constantly being put on new medications or having something switched you guys have done an awesome job at keeping my medical records up to date in the pharmacy and making sure that the doctors know exactly what I need keep up the good work Jim in the rest of the staff hope to see you guys in person soon

Free delivery is convenient. But they're not open on weekends and they close pretty early throughout the day. If I need a script filled fast I have to fill it through Kroger's.
