This is my favorite GameStop out of all their stores in the Toledo area. The employees are always so polite, helpful and are very knowledgeable about anything game/system related. It's one of the busiest stores but they never rush you out,, you actually feel welcomed. It's really appreciated.

Went to the store and made sure to check online that they were open before I went. When I got there the door was locked and there was no sign saying they were closed at all.....quality of this store is nothing like I remember a couple years ago.

Only wanted to offer me $8 for a control they're currently selling for $159. It's not cool since we've been a loyal custom for years.

Had an ok selection of games and consoles and a decent stock. I'm not sure who is to blame gamestop or the manufacturers but it would be nice to have the option to just buy a console, not a console with a game I don't want. In the end I feel like I ended up overpaying, and their membership with the points is garbage, don't bother getting it.

Harassing your customers is a quick way to lose them, your employee with the colored hair needs to learn some things about customer service, you lost this long time customer today.

I'm posting this as a caution to people purchasing good from this location. they have repeatedly posted advertisements for games and counsel listing online and do NOT honor them in store. an example being of trying to purchase an xbox X. I could checkout completely and pay for it online, however when I call to verify so i can do a trade with the store they claim to only have the item for double the price and that it doesn't get that price. its listed on their website then and still is now, and the best response I can get is yeah that over my head I just give customers info. I get it might be over your head but a lot least try to help understand the situation rather than blowing it off. it's frustrating that I couldn't even get a courtesy check to see if the item was in their stock or not, instead I received light snark about how to be specific " there's like 6 types of Xbox here, you need to know what one you want"... it's disappointing and frustrating that people are being mislead with low prices, then refuse to acknowledge or honor said prices in store.

Trying to purchase from GameStop is extremely challenging. The website offers promotions that advertise certain discounts in the store as well as online. The website also advertises availability in-store with same-day pickup and a discount if you purchase online. However, there is no way to get these promotions, because even though the website advertises same-day pick up - it only allows for next day. When attempting to call the store to see if there’s someway to expedite the order, if it’s placed online, there’s nothing they can do. They cannot pull it forward or use and receipt to allow for early pickup. They can’t price match their own website or match promos their website says exists in store. Even showing them their OWN website doesnt satisfy the management. After calling the competitor and finding out they were only $10 more they gamestops trivial sale price, i went to the competitor and paid $10 more than dealing with the back and forth nonsense with Gamestop. I did attempt to call GameStop first via their customer service number, I received a message that said they’re very busy and to call another day and hung up on me. I was only able to get through to the store to ask the question by calling five times, the first four times the phone system answered and said they were busy and to call later and disconnected. Gamestops Stock price is down 36% year-over-year, & I can’t say I’m surprised. Customers who want to spend money at GameStop (with plenty of other options available to them also) cant do so and are met with numerous challenges, false advertisement and zero support when needed. Sounds like a sinking ship to me! I think I will save myself any further frustration and just visit the local competitor. On first contact, they answered the phone, were ready to help, offered to match GameStop’s price and let me know i could surely pick up tonight! If your reading this post, save yourself alot of frustration too and just go somewhere else.
