Cheap furniture that is way overpriced. Went once. Will not return. This was at the Central location. This is my opinion. I shopped 6 places in one day. I found the same couch elsewhere, that was a $1,000 cheaper! The store wasn't shopper friendly and it had a bad odor, which means if you purchase something from the floor, you take that odor with you. I'm all about supporting small/personal businesses. Just do better.

Is this business even legit? 1 star is very appropriate as the furniture is at least stable. First of all, it’s been nearly 4 months and we still haven’t received everything we’ve ordered. Theyve made no attempt to contact us to let us know items werent in stock, so instead they pretended as if weve never ordered them. After countless attempts to get our purchased items, they delivered half of the items some of which isn’t correct. It’s come to a point where I’m not going to bother fighting for the correct items because they’re so incapable. They’ve made 0 attempt to make things right, 5 months later I’m STILL waiting on items. What a horrible experience, Furniture Palace is a joke. You’ll have better luck shopping anywhere else. Cant speak for the other locations, but my experience with this one was unbelievable
