Alfred Hattery at service dept is a very disrespectful. He thinks he owns the dealer . Talks to me in a very disrespectful manner.”Mr.Alfred calm your self down or maybe go get a different job because your attitude is out of control. “Towed my truck to this place bc my truck went into derate. Got an estimate to change my mcm for dpf system for the amount of $3069. After finishing the job , the dealer sends me a higher estimate close to $4,000. Absurdly high price just to change an MCM .

ed is the name of this stupid old man in the parts department he has an attitude like he was going to give me the parts for free I called to see if they had the parts and no one answered I went to the store to be told that he didn't have them and with a bad attitude

Came in for a water pump issue and nothing but an Awesome experience. Very friendly from front counter employees to technicians. Will be my go to for any future mechanical needs when in the area.

I called Freightliner of Toledo yesterday, spoke to Matt a service member about my situation of purchasing a air filter for Rv. And I was unable to install it myself. I was so grateful, Matt was willing to take care me that day. Chris, the mechanic was terrific too. He removed an original air filter that was 12 years old without damaging the hoses. Outstanding job to the team at Freightliner.

Owner/Operator here. I came in on 8/16/23 expecting to hear the worst. They weren’t allowed to handle third party warranties and My truck was derated. The staff went above and beyond to help me meet my warranty specifications. Shawn was really helpful with my truck repair and documentation. They had every piece of information easily accessible and ready to be emailed upon request. Total professionals. You couldn’t ask for better service. I’ll definitely keep doing business with them.

They are the worst place to go. Freightliner should really consider finding another owner. You can stand in parts and service and no one will acknowledge you. They purposely look away. Every time I go it’s a horrible experience. Horrible.

Gary Tippie was an excellent service rep. My truck wasn't repaired correctly at another dealership. He advocated on my behalf to get them to cover the cost. He didn't give up and didn't believe I should've paid because it was a workmanship issue. Gary was awesome! I would to back here just to work with him. He is honest and patient with repairs. He explained all the mechanics to me slowly & answered1000 questions with becoming annoyed. Gary is the best customer service rep & should be awarded for all his hard work.
